A little noisy but to be expected so close to town.

The pension was extremely well located, very close to the old town. Access via an old fashioned lift which was fun. - the rooms are all accessed on the second floor. Teresa, the host, was extremely kind, helpful and flexible with our late check in. No breakfast provided but a couple of good cafes beneath that provided us with breakfast

It tended to be a bit noisy at night but that was to be expected given its location, it's not a criticism.

The location was excellent. The family room we stayed in had lovely views of the sea. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided daily.

The check in process could be smoother; I had to go into the property with another resident to gain access to the common area to find the wifi login info to then call the proprietor. As they live on the property it was fine in the end.

The location is ideal, on the edge of the old town, but due to this it prevents it from being too noisy. The room was spotless and the AC was greatly appreciated. The staff are very responsive to any queries.

My 3rd July in a row staying there on my annual visit to Donostia. I will stay again there in July 2024. As a single man traveling without the need of many amenities, this is perfect from. Absolutely great location en la Parte Vieja

Everything was great! My only minor complaint is that there was some noise at night as my room overlooked a street in the old town including a bar that stayed open until 2am so it was a bit noisy on Saturday night but on other nights was quiet by midnight or so

A really great location, Teresa was incredibly helpful and kind when I arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable. As a solo female traveler I appreciated the physical key plus keycard access to get inside, plus there were always people visiting the multiple ice cream shops right outside the entrance so when I walked back at night I felt very safe and comfortable (plus could get a sweet treat to end the night!). The location was also great to easily access the old town, beach, and center of the city. My room had a balcony including a clothesline so that was great for drying my beach towel.

Nice old building in de middle of the Old Town. Location was perfect to go to the restaurants, bar, beach and monte Urgull on foot. Building and apartments where kept very clean and tidy by the owner.

Clean,comfortable room in excellent location. Portuguese lady on reception extremely friendly and helpful ...recommended places to eat etc. Is difficult to find on Google maps as is located behind pillar on boulevard Zumardia.. look for Kuskola ice cream shop and look to the right.

No AC, I booked this hotel with the expectation that there would be an AC unit- I learned upon arrival that it was an additional charge. Luckily, I was staying on a mild day, so no need for me to get it. But be aware of this if it's important for your trip. The bed was very firm.

This hotel is located in a central spot near the buses and old town. The room and bathroom were very clean and more spacious than expected. The office held my luggage safely for me after I checked out.

The only bad thing is that I had trouble finding it and I missed it at first. Also, when you come in the building, just take the elevator to the 2nd floor. But definitely a great stay.

The card keys often didn’t work but the friendly staff were always on hand to provide new ones, and a functioning real key was provided for first floor entry into the building.

The location, on the edge of the parte vieja and its plethora of pintxo bars and interesting sights, and at one end of the Playa de la Concha, is excellent. The pension is hard to beat.

The place was very difficult to find as you are behind a pillar. when you advertise it you could mention you are next to an Ice cream shop called KUSKULO or place another sign in front of the pillar so customers can see it.

The Pension was near all bars and restaurants, so you didn't have to walk far. the bed was comfortable.
