Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt does not provide you with a kitchen so, even you need to buy water from outside. To me it is pricey for the room as no kitchen facility like other places, I have been too considering that the room only offers a shared-bathroom. The accommodation is also on the 4th floor and on the day I came, the lift was broken and the receptionist did not let me know in advance. After having a long journey on the bus and the heat pinched your skin, I had to go up with my suitcase to go by stairs to the 4th floor. The receptionist was nice but still, it was so tiring to go upstairs without any information prior.
The location is ok for going around the city centre and close to places for foods and hang out to get the atmosphere of Granada. The location is 35 minute walk to Al-Hambra and you have to allow more time as it will be quite hilly to reach the palace. The room is okay and even though outside is so loud and busy, once you close the window, you can peacefully sleep well. By the time I arrived, it was so hot and sweaty but because the room is equipped with air conditioning, you can always turn it on to help you refreshed for a while.

Great location in central Granada and really clean space. The room was a bit smaller, but still fit two adults with a kid in a toddler bed comfortably. Shared bathroom was not a bug issue since it was kept clean all the time.

JapanSince I was staying for several nights,l put a cleaning tag on and the room was kept clean . The outdoor private bath was not cleaned and towels were not changed.On the first day, I couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy outside.

We got what we paid for. The pictures are accurate. The beds are comfortable, pillows are memory foam. The staff was very helpful, it was fairly clean. It was a bit noisy, but that was expected, considering the location, and didn't bother us.
