Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainIt was cold and they didn't provide heat in the rooms. The radiators were off. The bathroom was very small. They didn't provide proper body soap. They had a crumbled bottle of shampoo and that's it. The pillows smelled bad. The walls were really thin. We could hear every sound coming from the next room.
The location was great. It had many things close by to visit.

It is near the most important places to visit, also there is a paid parking lot outside or you can park for free near the museum of the train. The staff was friendly. It is near the beach.

Germanyit’s advertised that Wi-Fi is Available in all areas but that’s not true in room 106 there was no available connection. The shower head was not properly screwed on so when turning on the water it sprayed everywhere. the water from the shower didn’t stay hot long enough for a nice shower. perhaps during the summer that’s fine but not during the winter. the bed sheets where mainly for summer time so it was cold and there’s no heating.

SpainWhen we first arrived we found that the televisions was hung by one anchor instead of four. Anchoring it in this way is dangerous to anyone standing near or under it. We also had our one bedroom light stop working after the reception had gone home at 21:00 and did not have anyone to contact.
The location was great. We were close to the city center with places to eat, grocery stores and activities. Parking was also close by and easy to access.

The address of the hotel is different than the "office" (Located on the opposite side of building) The room was fine, but it is very dated and simple. The cost definitely reflected the accommodation. It is very noisy - can hear everything happening in the halls and muffled conversations from rooms near.
