There is nothing to dislike about the room and hotel in general.

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews as well as a secure parking facility for €15. The hotel is conveniently located to all attractions which are all walking distance. A very warm welcome from the staff on reception. A lovely restaurant with beautifully presented dishes. We stayed in one of the superior rooms on the 6th floor. The room is well appointed to a very high standard, with an enormous terrace which had a shade too. A well appointed bathroom, comfortable beds and great WiFi throughout the hotel.

Convenient location for a stop on my journey. Offered secure parking for my motorcycle - which is a requirement in a city.

We liked the underground parking garage. Lift to the reception and the room. The location of the hotel in the city centre. We got a big room with a large balcony with view to the Cathedrale.

The member of staff saying I could only have ONE complimentary black tea bag! It’s a four star hotel. Rectified by later staff.

After a very long drive to get to the hotel, to find we have no milk in our room. Mentioned to reception they said you need to go to restaurant, no one wanted to take responsibility and all we wanted was some milk. In your policy about dogs if you need to clean your dog do not use the towels in your room ask reception and they will give you a towel . Asked at reception to be told you use the ones in your room. At 8.30 am a cleaner decided to come into our room, didn’t knock first, just walked in and the cleaner tried again at 9 am. We then put the do not disturb sign on the door. Other than these minor issues the room was outstanding, but it’s these minor issues that need addressing

Significantly more expensive than our others hotels but to be fair, this was a step above.

Very pleased that this 4* hotel accepted dogs and made provisions. Location was excellent being adjacent to a superb park and just minutes walk into the town centre. The staff were excellent. Noting that we had an electric car we were offered an opportunity to charge our car, brilliant. Prices were the same or lower than public chargers.

Central location and the hotel has a restaurant and bar with a lot of good options. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. Above all, we were impressed by the service - we forgot a bag at the hotel and the hotel staff was super responsive and helpful in getting it shipped back.

We have used this hotel frequently. Beds are super comfortable, rooms good size. Helpful staff. Pet friendly. Park opposite to walk my dog. Would recommend.
