All of it was great. Superb help & service from Nicole when we got our keys to organising taxi’s for us into Valencia & to the airport.

A smell of sewage every so often but it seems to be the whole of velencia not just patacona, apt could do with a new fridge we stayed in apt 17 floor 5 block 7, staff in patacona resort not that friendly but we got that vibe off alot of Spanish in the area they are very racist and as a irish person it's my first experience of racism and I'm really not impressed by them at 44 with a beautiful family it was a little off putting

Rite on the beach , felt very safe , apt had everything we needed , lifeguard on duty all day at the pool which is great if you have children . Huge flat screen TV, beautiful bathroom perfect flat for 4 great view miss it already

As we did not realise this was not a hotel - there were no sun loungers at the pool - obviously residents would have their own - but visitors like us don't. Also this is located in more a residential area, and so there is very little in the local vicinity. It is about a 1.5 - 2km (15-20 min) walk to restaurants and a further 5 min walk to a part of the beach that hires sun-beds if that is what you are looking for. The more touristy are (near the harbour) is around 4km from the apartment block, where there are more bars, restaurants shops etc. The nearest big supermarket was a 20 min walk - there is a small mini-market where you collect the keys from (2 min walk) - which stock basics. The locals were very hit and miss - we have some Spanish language and tried as often as we could - but some were very rude and refused to try and help, others were very helpful. Was hit and miss.

Apartment was VERY clean, beds were super comfy (memory foam style). We stayed as a group of friends and had not read the email correctly about how to pick up the keys (200m down the road at a different building), but the reception staff did their best to help. This is a residential block NOT an apart-hotel, so people live here. The staff spoke very little English but there was a very friendly security chap who really helped. Felt very secure, you could only enter the grounds through fob/key access and there was always security around. Owner had left a parcel of washing up stuff, loo rolls, towels, bin bag etc so that was great. Air-con was great and worked well. We overlooked the motorway but noise was not an issue and could still see the sea! The beach was a 2 minute walk. We would stay at the apartment itself again, but for us the location was an issue.

The bed in the main bedroom is fine, but one of the beds in the other room was uncomfortable and very squeaky, so my son preferred to sleep on the couch in the living room. Additionally, the pillows were too thin for our liking.

We really liked the room; it had an amazing view overlooking both the sea and the swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with enough cutlery for four people, which was convenient for our family. The site is very kid-friendly and calm, making it perfect for families. The swimming pool was clean, and there were always at least two lifeguards on duty around the pool. The room was also very close to the beach, which was clean, and the sea was warm and clean too. Additionally, the room's proximity to local markets made grocery shopping easy

The price.

The place is really nice. The seaside is just near. The city center is a bit far if you don't have a car, but there is a bus just near the residence and you can take it to go to the city center (around 40 mn).

Our contact for the apartment, Luca. Very rude. Keys weren't where they were supposed to be, he said "impossible". If it wasnt for male receptionist who spoke to him to say, that, no, the keys weren't there, Luca wouldnt have come. Arrived 20 minutes later, no apologies, got keys for us, from office NOT lock box where they were supposed to be. Gave us instructions on how to get to the apartment complex and drove off on his moped. Our taxi had left so we had to walk about 10 mins with our luggage and then spent another 10 mins finding right block.

There where no layout chairs by pool. The pool rules do not allow foe any items near pool or deck so all items must stay on grass outside pool area. You also have to lay on grass. Itchy!

We made the mistake of thinking this is a holiday resort, it is not! It is a gated residential block with apartments owned by locals who don’t particularly enjoy people coming on holiday! No shops nearby! You need to speak Spanish to use the restaurant !! One set of keys per apartment made it very tough as you cannot use reception you book through an agency which is a 10 min walk away from entrance and not on site.

The apartment is perfect for living in. This is not a holiday resort !! Beach is very close. Washing machine, fridge good air con, apartment is clean and large enough for family of 3 or 4 adults and 2 children. Front and back balcony! Basketball court and soccer pitch on site. Restaurant/Bar onsite

Have to collect keys elsewhere however it's not far and staff were lovely Bed mattress in main double was awful Pool when looking for accommodation with a pool in the Booking.com filters does not pick up that it's closed until June

We were very disappointed the pool wasn't open. It said on your website the pool was open for my dates. I would not have booked it if the pool wasn't open. False advertising. Too much to pay for no pool. I have booked with you for a long time, don't lie about things,it could ruin people's holidays.

It was May, but pool was still closed. A bit of a walk between where you pick up the keys and the building itself. Not always easy to get a taxi.

Location very close to the beach in Valencia. 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Good WIFI. Comfortable.

A bit far from the supermarkets (20 min walk). There was no ironing board.

Great location to the beach. Many parking spots. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Air conditioner worked well. Highly recommended.

Parking is very difficult and very small . Not too many kitchen items. Bathroom had soap in little bags . We like other kind of bar and shampoo. Very old furniture

It would have been nice to have a booklet in the apartment with details about times the pool was open. Where the bins are. Where the nearest supermarket is , restaurants, buses etc. General info on the area. I found the cost of beds on the beach a little pricey compared to other parts of Spain that I have stayed in. Facilities on the beach were excellent.

The apartments were in a lovely setting surrounded by very well kept gardens. They had gates that you had to have a fob to enter so it was quite secure. There was a beautiful swimming pool but was only open Saturdays, Sunday and Monday (being a bank holiday). A beautiful beach was just across the road which was ideal. There was a bar/restaurant on site which was very reasonable for food. The view from our apartment was a motorway and the sea in the distance but our balcony was large and roomy.
