There where no layout chairs by pool. The pool rules do not allow foe any items near pool or deck so all items must stay on grass outside pool area. You also have to lay on grass. Itchy!

We made the mistake of thinking this is a holiday resort, it is not! It is a gated residential block with apartments owned by locals who don’t particularly enjoy people coming on holiday! No shops nearby! You need to speak Spanish to use the restaurant !! One set of keys per apartment made it very tough as you cannot use reception you book through an agency which is a 10 min walk away from entrance and not on site.

The apartment is perfect for living in. This is not a holiday resort !! Beach is very close. Washing machine, fridge good air con, apartment is clean and large enough for family of 3 or 4 adults and 2 children. Front and back balcony! Basketball court and soccer pitch on site. Restaurant/Bar onsite

Have to collect keys elsewhere however it's not far and staff were lovely Bed mattress in main double was awful Pool when looking for accommodation with a pool in the Booking.com filters does not pick up that it's closed until June

We were very disappointed the pool wasn't open. It said on your website the pool was open for my dates. I would not have booked it if the pool wasn't open. False advertising. Too much to pay for no pool. I have booked with you for a long time, don't lie about things,it could ruin people's holidays.

It was May, but pool was still closed. A bit of a walk between where you pick up the keys and the building itself. Not always easy to get a taxi.

Parking is very difficult and very small . Not too many kitchen items. Bathroom had soap in little bags . We like other kind of bar and shampoo. Very old furniture

It would have been nice to have a booklet in the apartment with details about times the pool was open. Where the bins are. Where the nearest supermarket is , restaurants, buses etc. General info on the area. I found the cost of beds on the beach a little pricey compared to other parts of Spain that I have stayed in. Facilities on the beach were excellent.

The apartments were in a lovely setting surrounded by very well kept gardens. They had gates that you had to have a fob to enter so it was quite secure. There was a beautiful swimming pool but was only open Saturdays, Sunday and Monday (being a bank holiday). A beautiful beach was just across the road which was ideal. There was a bar/restaurant on site which was very reasonable for food. The view from our apartment was a motorway and the sea in the distance but our balcony was large and roomy.

The small bedroom was really not suitable for 2 beds and was very dark and dull. Despite there being a large patio for laundry, there were no facilities to hang clothes.

Very check-in was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was lovely. The complex itself was lovely, very clean and friendly. Very enjoyable.

Parking is really tight if you have a car bigger than a compact sedan.

Location is great if you are seeking more quieter vacation - Patacona is quite far away from noisy parts of Malvarosa or Las Arenas beachlines. Pool is big with a separate area for kids. Enough space around it on the green to relax. Cafeteria on the territory of the complex is great with good options to snack or have a meal. Also I´d like to thank the hosts that we had a chance for an early check-in.

Sofa bed not suitable to sit 4 people,very small and uncomfortable, two of us had to sit on garden chairs to relax in the evening, not great!

Communal facilities at the resort were great, the pool was perfect! Excellent location, only 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurant at the resort was also good value for money.

during the booking process is was not very clear (in fact any information was missing) about operational times for the swimming pool. The first picture when booking the property was with the swimming pool in it. Swimming pool was our top criteria for booking. naturally, we are disappointed that in the month of April (30 deg temperature), swimming pool was not accessible.

The door was very difficult to open. we actually had to ask the lady next door to help and she said that many guests ask her for help with the door. The office to pick up the keys is hard to find and we were sent no instructions on how to find it.

The property is very close to the beach. The apartment was spacious.

It would have been useful to have more pegs to hang out the washing in the laundry area at the back of the apartment. Also some instructions on how to use some of the devices in the apartment such as the air-con and the intercom would have been useful. Key collection was a little bit complicated but luckily as we had read reviews on here we were prepared. We arrived on a Sunday evening - so had to pick up the key from a drop box outside the office building which is located a little way down the street from the resort itself (this is a different building to the resort complex). The instructions I received were easy to follow and it did not take us long to get the key and find our apartment. On a positive note there is a little shop located next to the key collection office which said it was open 24 hours so even on a Sunday evening we were able to pick up some basic essentials.

The pool at this apartment complex was beautiful and also very large with long opening hours. The lovely sandy beach was only a few minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a self catering family holiday with a well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine). We loved sitting on our balcony and looking at the view over the pool and sea. The air-con was also much appreciated. It was very easy to catch the bus into Valencia. The company were very responsive when I contacted them via the booking.com app with an enquiry. Overall we had a really lovely restful holiday.

Very rude staff especially on the local bar staff, not speak English at all only Spanish and no effort to try to communicate with foreign travellers. Food was basic and tasteless. Hard to find key for apartment as there is a different building and lack off luck to find without English speakers.

Comfortable apartment everything have what u need for holiday. Well equipments kitchen. Beach only cross the road very very close and clean.
