The hotel needs a bit of updating, but it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

The location of Parrots hotel is perfect. 5/10 mins from the train station. A few mins from the beach. Perfect for bars and restaurants. Our room was on the top floor and at the back so we had a quiet stay. If we were at the front it might have been different as with pride approaching it was busy. Breakfast was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the cook who was very friendly.

Some water pressure issues in plumbing can cause a lot of noise in rooms. The lack of a kettle was disappointing but easy to work around.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, the breakfast is served until quite late, and it offers an excellent variety of food. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Though it is located in the middle of the night life, the room is very silent. The hotel is at walking distance from everything: from the beach, from restaurants of all sort and from various pubs and cafes.

Noisy cleaners, from 9.30 every morning, goes on for hours not the place for a lie in. Construction work outside too, hotel being built across the street for the last few years it feels like. Uncomfortable bed. Furniture getting tatty. Needs a refurbishment.

Friendly reception staff. There was an issue with loud elevator and they moved me to another room.

The breakfast was good almost the same every morning, if it was possible to have some additional variety of food that it would be perfect.

My experience was great besides my doubts when I booked this hotel since it is located in a street which is rather busy and noisy due to the restaurants, clubs and pubs. The room an interior one overlooks a common area and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and without hearing any external noise. The staff was exceptional, Hector and Fabio were great, very helpful on everything we asked and it was explained with every detail.

We asked about a kettle for the room but was told they don’t provide them as the Spanish go out for a coffee to socialise but facilities for making a drink in the morning or evening would be a welcome addition. Even the Spanish I doubt go out for coffee first thing and have kettles at home! Breakfast could be improved - we noted there is an under utilised terrace that would make a great area for breakfast but it’s served in a room with no windows at the back of the hotel and the choice is a bit limited but it’s adequate. The guy doing breakfast on the first day wasn’t very helpful and was in the kitchen playing on his phone. He seemed reluctant to help and a bit unapproachable. We asked for scrambled eggs which he did, then he left them on the range he’d cooked them on, walked past us and told us the eggs were ready when considering he was passing us on the way back to the kitchen, it wouldn’t have hurt him to bring them to us. That’s what I would have done anyway. However, the next day he was in a better mood but still we had to go and collect our breakfast. On the third day breakfast wasn’t available and the hotel refunded this cost. I suspect the breakfast man may have not turned in for work and had quit. It was just a feeling as he didn’t seem happy at all. Overall the hotel was good for our purposes in that we slept well and it was clean and friendly and helpful when we needed it.

Great location for Sitges and in the middle of everything you need. Close to beach and town centre. Room nice with a good balcony and a Superking bed.

We had a room with small widow facing the wall so there was literaly nothing to look at. We missed the balcony, so we could dry our towels after visting to the beach. The breakfast was ok. You could order scrabled eggs, fired eggs omlet, becon. There were also sweet snacks and fruits. However, we missed some vegetables like tomato, lettice or cucumber.

The hotel is good located - very close to the beach and to the town center with lots of pubs and restaurant. It was very clean. The service was very friendly. We are happy with our choice.

If you have a room at the low floor and you go back early to the room it can be a bit noising since it is in the center clubs area. The hotel is in general good, however, they should be paying a bit more attention on the maintenance
