The hotel is connected to the mall good for families

The breakfast was quite limited, but overall, we didn’t leave hungry.

We stayed for one night with my family after a flight, before heading on a long trip. The hotel is located within a shopping center, which I found very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to find everything you need. The staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful, and we were checked in immediately. The room itself was quite spacious, with a large comfortable bed and an extra bed for my son. The comfort was superb! It was very quiet, despite being in a busy area.

The wifi was very unreliable and there was a bad smell that filled the room every time I used the taps or shower in the bathroom. Also the room was very dark.

Good location - it's next to the shopping centre where there are lots of restaurants. My room was very quiet and I had peaceful night's sleep.

For a four star and price paid it may require more facilities (gym/pool) and update the interior decor of the room. (still had an 80's vibe). Bed was quite hard but a good selction of pillows. Room nseed more lighting and TV could be bigger given distance from bed. Tea and Coffee not in room.

The room didn't have a main light, blind didn't stay open, so the room was dark. Hotel looks a bit dated, but clean.

Being near facilities made it great for evening meals. Breakfast buffet was nice and would come again.

Parking was an issue as it was Santa Semana full of people in the mall. The parking is part of the mall's car park and is not separated for hotel guests. As it was Santa Semana parking was a mess.

My room was dark, with no natural light as it only had a frosted window which opened slightly onto the roof of the building. For a one night stay it was fine, but wouldn't like it for longer.

Excellent location for what I wanted to do. Will be staying at the hotel again in May - so ideal opportunity to check it out. Close access to metro to head into Madrid - plenty of things to do in the shopping centre adjacent to the hotel. Room size was spacious and lovely bathroom.

Location is awesome as it’s attached to one the biggest malls in Leganes. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

This property is quite away from Madrid City Centre, but the Metro is very cheap and easy to navigate and use. For summer visit there is no pool, this would be very nice during summer time

This hotel was very comfortable, clean. Lots of services located in this area because it it situated within a large shopping mall complex Great for food shopping etc Also close to the Madrid Metro Near to the new Madrid Festival Centre is, we walked to the recent Mad Cool festival And Harry Styles concert

Air conditioning was a bit loud. Family room was a bit claustrophobic due to only being able to open the window a few cms.

Fantastic hotel, right beside a brilliant shopping centre. Comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Had originally booked a family room but moved to a twin room as there were only two of us. The family room only had a window that didnt really open with no view as per other reviews so we asked to be moved and we were given a fantastic room with a balcony and view over the water feature. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice.

With the metro it's 45 minute to the city center.

Close to the MadCool festival, close to an iper store with a lot of restaurants and places to spend some time. Close to a Gym and 5 minutes walk far from the metro station

The beds were not too comfortable & there were noises in the rooms above especially at night like there was someone moving furniture & also from the mall on Friday night ,a kettle for tea in the rooms would be helpful

The hotel was right next to a mall and several restaurants ,the rooms & bathroom were clean,big & spacious ,the reception staff were very nice and friendly .There was a balcony

Their breakfast foods nothing I could eat there. They just have bread and ham, bacon as the main food. They should know not everyone that eat those kind of foods.and in my room no tin bags nothing. They should improve on those area
