Pool was great and deep with warm water. Had balcony with ocean view, excellent! Loved the long promenade near the shoreline. Great kitchen and many close stores to grab all that was needed. Very close to airport.

SloveniaExtrmely strong chlorine smell in the bathroom and also all over apparment. Smell of sewer in the background. Booking.com asked us to bring the invoice to cover the costs of canceled stay in Parque Carolina, estudio 203. Apartamentos Albatros Golf del Sur Tenerife refused to give us the invoice, we were told to send them an email, but they're ignore the emails.
Pool area, nice terrace, parking places. Size of the appartment. Good starting location for day trips all over the island.

United KingdomWe were meant to check in at 4pm but there reception was closed and no one was able to help us get in as you need a fob key to get in on the complex and a fob key to use the swimming pool so we couldn't even use the facilities until the main reception finally open at 5pm. That was annoying waiting around especially with children and we tried to call and message on booking.com and had no response. We were given back 15 euros for the inconvenience when checked in.
The apartments here are in very good condition. We had a washing machine which is good bonus. The restaurant here was okay. But the restaurants outside are much better. Especially golden bay and bistro Italian. I only stayed 1 night so didn't check out the other restaurant.

PolandThere were problems with checking in, as the hotel reception is available only for a few hours a day (I think 16:00-19:00). We arrived later, and at first we didn't know that how to get in. Then we were told the cards are in small boxes at the door. Then it turned out the cards don't work so we had to wait for someone to come. Then it turned out we got a wrong appartment (smaller and a lot simpler than we ordered) - we had to sleep one night in a smaller appartment. Also, the hotel offers no breakfast and the pool is only available 10:00-18:00 which is a pity. The Golf del Sur was a bit dissapointing town: the rocky beaches were closed with a fence and the public transport is not the best there.
The appartment was well-equipped (small kitchen with electric water cooker, utensils, glasses, cups, soap, towels). We had a nice south balcony with a view on the pool and ocean. The swimming pool was very nice - with warm water, clean and spatious. A small children-pool was also available. There were sunbeds with sunshades. A few restaurants are nearby (local, indian, mexican) so we had a variety of cuisines to choose from.

So check properly what you buy. No chairs an the bar In kitchen generally. Electrical switches broken. No Wi-Fi. kitchen utensils not enough.

The location is good, near the bus station and restaurants, the complex is beautiful, clean and quiet.

Not far from the airport, taxi cost 18 euro, at day time there is a bus 415. Clean, good bed.

United KingdomThe place is like a maze. They dont show you to your apartment. Very hard to find everything straight away. Hard to check out aswell if you cant make calls in another country as theres noone in reception til 4pm. They also checked a man into my room while i was alone and naked in there as i had just come out the shower. I went to reception to complain, the receptionist looked me up and down and laughed and said "its no problem" because i am skinny.. i felt very unsafe the rest of my stay as a lone woman in a foreign country and had to keep a chair infront of my door the rest of my holiday.

United Kingdomno housekeeping, thankfully we had pool towels with us or it could have been a little tricky with one towel for all purposes for a week 😂 room was very clean when we arrived though. the superior room listing from booking.com did not really align with the reality- honesty would be better.
location, clean pool with lifeguard easy access to local amenities, close to airport and staff contacted us to ensure we had transport from the airport, easy checkin. plenty of poolside beds. it was a bit of a mixed bag for the 1st couple of days until we adjusted our minds to all of the changes since the resort has seemingly been sold. as we had stayed there lots of times over the years this time wasn’t what we had been used to, that said once we realised it’s now no frills, no reception outside of 4-7pm ( they do respond via WhatsApp) and limited amenities in the room or on-site - kettle had been stolen by previous guests and couldn’t be replaced, we actually had a nice break, we know the area well so the apt just became a basic base. our 1 pan became the kettle and the small frying pan became the food pan 👍 supermarkets close as you will need to buy loo roll - think glamping without a tent 🤣 there is efficient air con in each room. family time out was what we were looking for and that’s what we got so it was a good break for us.

United KingdomReception is not always open. Had no clean towels or toilet roll after 5 days and had to text management to get some. No cleaner for 7 days of our stay. Generally looking tired with shortcuts on cleaning and maintenance. It appears that the management of the site is done with the minimum effort and cost. The apartments on the South side were noisy almost being on the flight path for the airport. ( see photo of the plan of the site) Also a busy road on 2 sides. Not good for those with mobility issues due to the number of steps and distances from lifts. Not all areas have ramps for wheeling cases. A bit of a maze. Upgraded for Euro 20 but overlooked scrubland and road.

United Kingdomreception only open from 4pm-7pm, we arrived at lunchtime, no way to get on to the complex, no where to put cases, managed to contact someone eventually. we arrived on a Wednesday and had to ask for clean towels on the Sunday, apparently no maid service or towel changes any more, I was told it wasn’t a hotel!!! this would have been ok if we’d have known this at booking, always when we’ve stayed before the rooms were cleaned every other day and the towels changed.

Also the hotel had previously confirmed there was free wi-fi in the apartment but there was not and was only available in reception which was only open between 4pm and 7pm- this issue was reported but nothing was done
