The Entrance to Block B isn't great but I guess it seemed safe and quiet No pool !! But that was my oversight as ists more of a residential block But good overall

Apartment was huge and right in the centre of Puerto Banus A little dated and no glass in the Tables obviously people keep smashing them so might be an idea to replace with marble or wood Aside from that it was very comfortable with a little balcony for great people watching

Glass on floor of large patio area and bird poo and paint all over it . Needs a good get wash . No trays in cooker to cook on. Never got the right one even when we requested it . Phone does not have a number 9 to ring reception so could not use . Broken patio handle going out to patio . Bear electrial wire showing in patio area . Electric tap on socket near dining table in corner . Air con was now terrible. Lack of kitchen utensils to cook with large kitchen as we had guess’s coming over when we went to reception the very pleasant lady said it should be fully stocked which it was not. We like to cook and as you have 2 dinning tables and large kitchen we did not except that the receptionist to said why do you want to cook when you can go out . It would cost you a small amount of money to make that apartment so much better . No sink plugs in sinks either . Lovely big Apartment but it is tired and needs a lot more thought to get it looking a better . Very poor for what it cost . Need a good repaint and furniture changed to something more modern .bigger tele . Such a lack of investment for such a nice big apartment . Should be 10 out of 10 but give it a 6 due to lack of very little being down to improve it .

Sadly, the kitchen has a lot of flaws. There wasn't an oven plate, and the toaster and kettle were dirty and a bit smelly. Additionally, there are ants coming from below the oven.

It was a very spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony, and the location was incredible! The decor is also cute, and the price matches the expectations. The cleaning lady was very friendly and did a great job.

It was not clear that breakfast was not included, for the price it schould have been. Cleaning could have been better, the apartment was in realy bad shape for its price. The kichen was totaly out of date and in bad shape. there was almost no plates and glases, very few things to cook in. The Terass was poorly furniched. The name Park Plaza Suites apartment gives a more luxurious image and higher expectations than it turned out to be.

Lovely spacious apartment but when we got to our block it looked like a building site, some of the roof had fallen through and there was a skip full of rubble outside our door.

The beds are a bit hard! You need to drink enough so you don’t notice…..

Location is excellent and the value for money is brilliant given you are staying right in the heart of one of spains most pricey locations. The apartments are huge so absolutely fine to have 5 or 6 staying in a 3 bed apartment. Relais De Paris bar at the bottom of the apartments has lovely staff - great spot for drinks or a bite away from the main drag.

The property was very dated and needs to be fully renovated the furniture was very worn the bathroom’s & kitchen were very poor

Doors are broken and apartment is old. No parking available i had to pay 30euro per night to park my car !
