The property is very close to the airport and directly under the flight path so was noisy. In fairness it did quieten down overnight.

The property is well maintained and the room was excellent.

We were not able to get anything to eat when we arrived. The restaurant had just closed and there was no room service. We went to bed hungry. Room had a bad drains smell and the shower kept going cold.

It is a nice low rise hotel with immaculate grounds.

A great destination in itself if a golfer but we like it because it is so close to Malaga Airport - great if you have late arrival or early departure. Good food. Large rooms and bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

Lots of airplanes, but hardly a surprise

Room size. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Our room (131) had a nice view, especially at daybreak with the morning sun flooding both bathroom and main rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient parking.

When the restaurant was busy for breakfast on our last mornings stay the service was quite slow. I felt more staff were needed at times when the hotel is busier. All staff in the hotel were excellent with the exception of one member of staff in the cafe/bar. He was extremely miserable and quite unfriendly, he let the rest of the staff down. Also I suffer from an extreme allergy to cocoa/chocolate. I asked a member of staff if the carrot cake contained any chocolate as I am allergic to it and was told it didn’t, only for another member of staff to say that it did contain white chocolate. A discussion then occurred between the 2 members of staff with one saying it didn’t and the other saying it did. In my opinion there should be accurate information readily available listing ingredients of any item of food offered including those not prepared on site so that a definitive answer can be given to any query regarding allergies as incorrect information can have extremely serious consequences.

The room and pool were very good. Staff on reception on arrival were very welcoming.

The swimming pool is lovely but doesn’t open until 11 am. I prefer a morning swim. No kettle in the room and water is expensive in the mini bar. The location is good but you need a car or a taxi to get there. Walking is very difficult due to no pavement.

The rooms are big beds comfortable and very clean. It’s near the beach easy access through a private gate. The gardens are gorgeous. Catering for vegan or non dairy is not obvious you have to ask. The breakfast is good but limited choices on the buffet. No hot buffet only cold.

The food. The restaurant was closed until the end of May. The bar food was poor & very overpriced. Breakfast was 21€ per person. We had 2 coffees, & ham & cheese toasties in a small town bar for 12€ in total! They charged me €2.20 for a small jug of milk for my morning tea...I'd brought my own travel kettle as there was none in the room. I did not feel this parador was worthy of 4 stars or to be called a parador.

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower & bath.The bed was comfy.

With the wind blowing from the sea, planes start pretty much over the hotel grounds, which gets a little noisy. And for me personally the mattresses were a little too hard.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, because of the closeness to the airport. We spent one night there, because we had to catch a flight the next day. Also, the beach is only one minute by foot. The rooms were the perfect size for two people and had a generously sized bathroom.
