    Nothing!

This is truly a wonderful place. A fantastic Parador with the iron bridge across the gorge into to medieval town. Unique!

The shower didn’t work properly, switching from warm and extremely hot (burning hot) often. It was a pity to have tense showers in such a wonderful place.

The historical city is amazing and this hotel is right in front of it.

    Nothing really

The place is amazing. A former convent turned into a hotel. The views are stunning. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very nice. Great experience.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Additional staff at breakfast would have made for a better experience, the 3 ladies did seem to have their hands full but food was very good.

Location and the building itself. The breakfast was excellent, hard to beat. Very close to the old footbridge leading across to the old town. There is a garage available if required for 25 euros per night but we decided to park the motorbike outside the main reception where there was a few places for bikes to park.

Electric kettle, cups and some complimentary coffee/tea would be nice.

The hotel building is remarkably pretty and the location is great for exploring the old town. The room was very spacious, beds and pillows were comfy. The TV had Chromecast which was handy.

Just that we couldn't access the gym until 9.30. But we went in the evening instead.

Everything. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious too. Loved that they had an electric car charging point.

Our only criticism was the live music at dinner at the weekend which was a bit too loud so we ate in the courtyard instead but this is a minor point and will vary depending on the music being played.

The position of this parador couldn't be better ...right by the bridge to walk into Cuenca. It is stunning and the building beautiful too. We had a large room for the 3 of us. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and there is also a cafe serving food in the day and evening if preferred The parking is a bit tricky but you can offload your luggage outside then park in the garage which is good but you pay daily but we found this easier albeit expensive

Breakfast and dinner are disappointing and over priced.

Fabulous location. Beautiful building. Outstanding swimming pool. Bar for tea and snacks was excellent. If you are not eating out in the evening, recommend an early bar meal in the courtyard, then retire to the cloisters and listen to the live music at dinner.

The hotel is magnificently situated just across the gorge from Cuenca (easily reached via nearby footbridge). We very much enjoyed our stay in the Parador - we particularly enjoyed our dinner within the courtyard. The room was cool, spacious and clean. Great bathroom. Easy parking garage beside the parador.
