I must collect the keys from different location while you have all the luggage upon arrival, while the staff are helpless even to describe the location for you. The appartment is basic and beds were not comfortable, but this was not my biggest problem. It was the ANTS and insects that are all over the place. And more over no WiFi..

The location is near to Portaventura (around 15 mins walk), and appartment is equipped with the needed appliances.

Key pick up wasn't good, I arrived at 3pm & asked if early check in was available, was told come back at 4.30pm. Came back at 4.40lm to be told no, apartment not ready come back at 5pm. Key pick up was from a different building down in the town. There is no reception on site & no one answers the phone! It was ment to be a 2 bed apartment with 2 twin bedrooms. One was a single with a pull out bed underneath which then ment the whole room was taken up & no way of getting around the bed once made into a twin. However the pull out bed was moldy & rotten. I went down to recrption which is an 8 minute car drive away for the apartment & showed them photos of the bed & complained. Was told the maintainance would come & rectify the bed,but no one came for the entire stay & I slept on the sofa as the bed was in such poor condition. I also asked if maintaince could come with ant power or spray as thousands on ants were getting in under the patio doors & getting to our food. Again I was told soneone would come but nothing was done. After check out it took 14 days for them to refund my €300 deposit. Not a good company to deal with! Don't stay here! Very unhasppy with service!

It was very annoying not knowing where to pick up the keys. It ended up a 10-minute walk after about 10 phone calls. No location was given by the apartment company or booking.com. It was very bad communication, I would avoid this place. There are plenty of other places around also they don't seem to have cleaner as they expect you to do it yourself or your charge €300. Also the beds were camp beds very uncomfortable

terrible apartments. We settled on Friday evening, took the keys in a separate building at the reception and drove into the apartment. In the morning we found that there was no hot water, we called the reception, but they did not answer. How can the reception be closed on weekend? As a result, all 4 days we were without hot water. The apartment was terribly cold and damp, everything was very old. On departure, they also charged 40 euros from the card for cleaning, at least we left everything clean, just few plates. I would not recommend this horrible apartment to anyone.

A small amount of tea, coffee, milk would have been good on arrival. The towels were not good quality and there was only one tea towel - the size of a handkerchief. Some cleaning materials would have been useful. We would rather pay 30 or so euro on the cost rather than have to go out and buy large quantities of items we would have to leave behind. Some instructions as to where the bins were and some rubbish bags would have been useful. The key fob did not work so we could not get out of the gated complex. This was sorted in time. Was there wifi - if so, what was the code. Small things which are annoying rather than disastrous.

It was straightforward to collect the keys - we had been sent a map in advance. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were good.

Furniture and apartment design was worn-out and ascetic, the bed uncomfortable. Not cosy at all. It is possible that there are different apartments of different levels, we were not lucky this time.

The garden and location was great, as well as parking.
