We liked everything. Can't complain.

Beautiful chic bedroom and reception seating area. Food selection was brilliant. Staff helped out immediately if we needed help. Near the beach too. Reception arranged for us to have breakfast before opening times as our flight was an early one. Very accommodating.

I think the price is too high for what you get. To be honest, I expected something more.. Room was very small for 3 people. Some things in the room and corridors of the hotel are worn out. What I also didn’t like, that it’s allowed to smoke in a balconies. We don’t smoke and we had neighbors from both sides, who were smoking and because of the smell very often we had to leave balcony and close the doors because all the smoke smell went inside the room.. I felt like our as no smokers rights are violated, including the rights of my kid. Employees in bar end restaurant could be more nice to the guests… you barely would get a smile from them, especially in a bar in evening. One guy working in a bar during the evening program looks like he doesn’t like his work.. he works in rejection without love to his work.. when pouring drinks, a lot of alcohol goes over the side of the glasses.. doesn’t look very professional.. Cocktails for all inclusive are very poor.. I would rather pay for my cocktail instead of getting something not even similar to Pina Colada or so.. One girl in a restaurant every day was really arrogant and unpleasant. And constantly threw unpleasant glances showing like she’s unhappy if you ask for drink or so.

Employees in a reception were amazing and very professional! We had an amazing check in 10/10 We had a room with a nice see view.

All the staff were very welcoming, the hotel is in such a good location with the beach on the doorstep and the all inclusive meals are great!

Everything was great, can't really think of anything major I'd change. I guess maybe a little make over in the gym? the gym was a bit too dark. and maybe some more fruits for the buffet, I'm originally from a tropical country and so I always appreciate a big fruit selection, but I got used to having just a few fruits in most hotels, so it's not a big deal.

Location is great- close to the beach and beautiful view from the room - spacious room. Great food selections and great staff. It is about 40min drive from Ciutadella center, the road is great so it's an easy drive if you have a car (highly recommended). I broke down my trip into 2 hotels/2 diff parts of the island - Palladium was part of the first half of my trip - easy access to Fornells and Cavalleria (my favorites), also drove down to Binibeca area for the day. It was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time.

Some variety at dinner, but the food lacked flavor. The dining area should have better ventilation because after leaving, our clothes smelled bad, and there was an odor in the corridors. The elevators are also an issue, always crowded and with some waiting time.

Good and spacious room, impeccable cleaning service. The hotel's common areas are large, with a great pool and outdoor spaces. Good breakfast.

We had a gorgeous room and everything was super clean. The staff helped us arrange an early breakfast because we had to leave early. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I wish they provided a TV with apps like Netflix ( very few channels available). The food was not great, poor choice of snacks and drinks with the all inclusive formula. The buffet offers a good variety however the quality was not the best.

Nice location, close to a lively beach. The staff was super nice and friendly. Alessia, the girl in reception was just exceptional. They offer free towels for both the pool and beach. They even offered us a courtesy room after check out for us to use to shower before going to the airport. Rooms are nice and the hotel is generally nice and clean. Entertainment was nice and fun!

Even though lots of food options, it wasn’t so tasty food unfortunately Near by beach is not so good therefore you might need a car go to nice beaches which on the other side of island like (30-40 min drive)

-Close by the beach but the hotel is on top of a hill -Buffet variety might be boring if you stay long -Pool is okay, not that good as in the pictures

-Very clean and seems new -Nice beach view -Good quality buffet -Close by the bus stop to city -Cheap drop-off bus service to the airport (no pick up)

The only thing I didn’t enjoy which is purely reflective of luck with the room and I’m sure this could’ve easily been rectified had I asked, was that the shower-head didn’t work and we had to use the other component of the shower which created a lot of spillage over the floor

Soooo amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. Such kind staff and such a lovely vibe here. the hotel is so beautiful and picturesque. love the family element as well and the activities they put on for the kids - it really lifts the atmosphere. such beautiful views of the beach & so close.

Some small details, like the handle of the bathroom door not working properly.

The position is very good, in a nice area with a wonderful beach and Cristal clear water. The hotel is new with nice facilities; the food is very good, at breakfast you can choose everything you want; the room is clean.

There is a small nuance regarding cleaning, you could have done better. I won’t go into details, but towels were changed regularly and bed linen was changed without even a reminder.

Nice hotel, delicious food and drinks, quite a large selection. We enjoyed our stay at this all inclusive hotel. Wonderful service.

The only thing I was change is the location but that is only personal preference as I like to be active and once you had done the walk once there were no other options. Very minimal restaurants or shops within walking distance but again person preference. Very close to the beach and one supermarket and a few restaurants very nearby.

The thing that stood out the most at the hotel was the attentiveness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they were all so polite and provided such a high level of hospitality. The facilities, the cleanliness, the furnishings, aesthetics, food and drink. Everything was excellent!

Activities and music start at the pool from 12, music is very loud and not relaxing. So loud that we couldn’t stay comfortably by the pool so opted for the beach instead. Rooms could have been a little cleaner each day.

The hotel was exceptionally clean , rooms very modern and bed extremely comfortable. It’s a small walk from a beautiful beach with crystal clear blue water. There are a lot of steps down too beach but the hotel provides a free bus . Food was excellent , and any special diets catered for on request . Staff were fantastic , always cheerful , helpful . Would recommend visiting Fornells a lovely harbour , with nice shops , restaurants etc . Bus from near the hotel ., staff provided times etc
