Hard to find anything, but along with the location’s view comes some excercise necessary when you want to walk down to the town center.

The location is truly special, up in the hill with a view over girona and the mountains in the back. Beautiful terrace to relax.

The "queen" size bed is two twin beds put together, so not the best for a couple. The room itself could use a revamp. Floor boards looked damaged from water leaks. The furniture looked old and damaged. Walls were thin, so you could hear other guests taking showers or flushing toilets.

The terrace offers an amazing view of the mountains and sitting out there during sunset is a must. The bar and staff are friendly and courteous.

Sound proofing wasn't great, noise from corridors and generator. Rooms would be much improved with addition of kettle, fridge and safe More loungers and shade needed on terrace A larger pool would be great!

Breakfast was very limited, a lot of pastries and cakes. Maybe bigger selection of cooked foods, mushroms/ tomatoes but still very pleasant.

Great location and very nice staff. Beautiful rooftop bar with a small pool- didn't use it- Sun loungers and plenty of seating, really nice in the evening for a drink or evening meal. Had small snacks from barfood menu, nice and reasonably priced. Only 10 mins walk downhill to the town, €38 in taxi from airport.

Let down by a cracked hand basin without a plug. The morning cleaner also walked in without knocking first as I happened to be getting dressed ( she did apologise but such a basic error) It is these small details that make a four star or five star hotel. Attention to detail !

The view from the hotel is incredible and doesn't get boring. A very decent variety of tasty breakfast items. Great variety of food and beverages in the bar also. Big, clean rooms. A very quiet place. Helpful staff.

There were several drawbacks: the pillows were uncomfortable, there was no soundproofing between the bathroom and room, no in-room safe, and no iron available (only an expensive ironing service). The breakfast was just okay, and the air conditioning was either on or off without automatic temperature regulation, making the room uncomfortable.

I appreciated the parking options, both outside and in the garage, as well as the nice view from the terrace and comfortable beds. The location is also decent (the last 100 meters to the hotel are quite steep).

Only one socket near the beds. Bath tub was not in its prime state. No signs to find the reception from the outside. The pool is small. The cleaning staff came in our room in the morning while we were sleeping. We got 2 small bottles of water on arrival but no more after and there's no coffee, tea, kettle in the room anymore.

Great location, nice staff especially at the restaurant/bar on the rooftop. Quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious, with a fridge, TV, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, body milk and dental kits. Powerful AC.

Not the hotels problem or a negative of the hotel but the steep hill has a very steep incline, for anyone with mobility issues you would need to use taxis especially in the heat.

Hotel was fab, the view of Girona city was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable with 24/7 aircon which was gladly welcomed. Very close proximity to the city, about a 15 minute walk in but we didn't attempt the walk home due to the steep incline.

The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk up quite a steep hill, therefore not ideal if you have any mobility issues. There was a lack of sunbeds and parasols, the terrace gets extremely hot, and shade should be provided. The pool was tiny, which was a bit disappointing.

The views from the terrace were incredible. Very relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms should be equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast area was too small, making it hard to move around, when full.

The terrace and the quiet of the location, even though close to the city. The rooms were spacious with large bathrooms. The common areas were inviting. The on-site restaurant is a plus, with excellent food, even though chef style.
