The room was on the ground floor and the view was a side street. The receptionist on arrival asks for a €300 deposit returned after you leave in the afternoon.Totally unexpected and if it was on the listing, I'm sure no one would book. Be aware!

Only a couple minor complaints. It was hard to find the apartment initially because no obvious sign and address number was by another sign for a business so thought it was wrong building. Also, no place in bathroom or bedroom to put things like clothes or toiletries. Plenty of extra space in bedroom so would have been nice to have a table and chairs to put belongings, and a shelf in bathroom for toiletries.

The rooms and building interior were recently remodeled in a very high quality manner. Very impressed with the quality of materials and construction. Very artistically done as well. Lots of storage space in hallway. Fully equipped beautiful kitchen. Apartment was very spacious. Completely soundproof from outside noises. Very nice linens and towels and soaps. Great water pressure. Great location in the City. Could have spent our whole vacation just hanging out in the apartment.

Absolutely nothing.

This room was INSANE. It was absolutely stunning & so beautiful. The view was phenomenal & the room itself was gigantic. We were obsessed & would go back in a heartbeat! It was immaculately clean & had a full kitchen, a huge bedroom, and a gorgeous main living room. The location was central to everything & great.

Not the property itself but the area outside- there were a lot of vagrants/homeless men and a big police presence. Parking and bag drop is difficult- walking area only.

Everything was great in our 2 bedrooms apartment.....clean , modern and comfortable ..location was great ..everything is just around you..walking to main shopping street (Gran Via) just about 15min ..and the staff were amazing

It has been commented by a few reviewers is that unfortunately the Square outside does seem to attract a local group of men from a neighbouring hostel and hang in the area all day. In saying this it is nothing to do with the apartment which is excellent and is a reality of a big city. As a single female traveller I did not at anytime feel unsafe.

This property has a lot to like from the beautifully appointed apartments to the sound proofing from the life outside. It was incredibly cool inside the apartment even with aircon off and I was there in peak July heat! The beds are excellent, excellent wardrobe space with amble hangers, all the things you need in the kitchen and an excellent washing machine.

Excellent location, bus stop and metro station just outside the apartment. Opposite the hotel 24hour Csrefour. On the center of Madrid. Perfect facilities! Very helpful staff!

Some minor things: The neighborhood wasn’t that great (a man whose pants were falling off came across the street to pee on a garbage can) but that wasn’t such a big deal, no one ever bothered me and I was a female traveling solo. I do wish they provided napkins or paper towels in the apartment, at least a few to use the first day you get there. There were a lot of black marks on the walls from previous tenants that were never painted over/wiped off. The last thing is the price: it was really expensive for just 3 nights and because it’s not in a great neighborhood I thought it was a bit overpriced.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and nice and quiet to be on such a busy street. The entire property was gorgeous and I would have stayed longer if I could. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Included in the apartment: toaster, espresso maker with 2 pods, electric kettle, dish towel, sponge (used; I brought my own), dishes, silverware, pots and pans, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, safe, sample size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, mop, pail, vacuum cleaner, 2 large bath towels, 2 medium bath towels, 2 bath mats, 1 bar of soap. There was lots of closet space and there were about 6-8 hangers (I bring foldable travel hangers because I always need more). It was still within walking distance to the city center and only one block away from a grocery store. The amenities were modern and easy to use. The front desk concierge was always very friendly and helpful.

Only issue was the gym was not as clean as everywhere else. Having a few more condiments, salt pepper, tea and oil would be helpful.

The property was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for a family. All my family members loved it. The kitchen was great and having a washing machine and dishwasher was so handy. It was great to be able to use the gym too. The staff were very helpful. The location is great as it is next to the metro and has 2 supermarkets across the square. Great place for a city break.

Our room was on the ground floor so other people staying in the apartment could see in, but shutters were available to prevent this so we didn’t mind. We also could hear guests in the apartment above us walking, using the shower and flushing the toilet late at night which was annoying as it woke us up however, this was not the apartments fault just loud guests 😂

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were so helpful and very kind. We loved the spa and gym after long walks in the city centre. We could also connect our phones to the TV in the sitting room and watch Netflix which was a massive bonus.

Do not come to my apartment to tell me it is check-out time, a call is enough. That was totally unnecessary.

Hard the imagine a nice place to stay in Seville. Our apartment was stunning - they have undertake. To most wonderful renovation of a beautiful historic building in a triple A location on the doorstep of everything. From breakfast overlooking the Giralda Cathedral to late afternoon swims in our private pool to strolling downstairs to the excellent restaurant for a late night dinner, this was a memorable place to stay. The staff and warm and helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.
