Very friendly staff at all hours of the day. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the location was just perfect for wandering around and experiencing Madrid. The Metro was also very convenient and easy to use.

The location, albeit close to all major sights in the Center, was a bit restless close to the metro station.

Rooms were large and I was able to have virtual work meetings in the living room without disturbing my wife in the bedroom

There are a few minor details missing, such as no where to place bathroom items in the showers. No salt or pepper in the kitchen. Water glasses were all huge.

Couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Madrid. Bustling square outside, quiet and relaxing inside. This apart-hotel felt brand new. Comfortable beds, lots of space, very clean. Front desk was kind and helpful.

Sometimes the entry code failed on the main door, but there was always someone to let us in.

Great location with easy transport connections. Recently renovated "palace" and it shows. Amazing entry door, very high ceilings, comfortably furnished. Having a washing machine, drying rack and iron was handy because we were on a 3 week vacation. Lots of room to spread out. Everything was clean and sparkling. Soundproof despite being on a busy square (complete with flower sellers). Restaurants, bars and groceries all very close. A gym with treadmill, bike and weights, and sauna.

The air was very dry in the apartment. due to to the airco and the superb insulation, so we had to open the windows from time to time. Hence, 9 out of 10 ( a humidifier would not go amiss

Our specific apartment has openings in the inner courtyard and the side narrow street from the bedroom. The apartments facing Placa Tierso de Molina are fabulous. We hope to arrange one at our next visit.

The apartment was spacious with modern, perfect-quality furniture and decoration. It was fully equipped with appliances. The hotel is a historic old building but generously and respectfully renovated. The location was excellent and almost everything in walking distance. A 24-hour open supermarket just opposite the hotel was also a convenient bonus.

The only issue we had was that we were a little warm the first night but I asked at the front desk and they showed me how to turn down the thermostat.

The apartment is lovely and the bed is comfortable. I especially liked the heated floors. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out. The location was lovely.

The apartment is modern and the heating/cooling system is a bit complex to adjust but manageable and we got explanation from the staff. The only real downsides of this apartment are the lake of darkness in the morning and there is no real blackout shades and, unless the nice little sunroom upstairs, there is no view from the main living. The only window overlook the small inner court. This is great for the quietness of the place but you don't feel the vide of the place in front of the building.

The apartment is gorgeous and offer two great bedroom with two full bathroom. There is a little cosy area which offer a 360 view in a second floor of the apartment. The location is great to walk around and well connected to the metro as there is a station in front of the building. This also offer a reception like an hotel which we appreciated as it is a 24h presence and make easy the check-in/out process.
