We loved everything about our stay! It was exceptional from the time we walked in the front door until we left in the taxi. We were treated with every luxury while being conveniently located in center town. We highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent. The rooms gorgeous. The bathroom, luxury. Roof top bar earned its reputation as the best in the city…and the view! Staff was so friendly. Concierge and desk very helpful.

Nothing - this hotel is truely excellent in every respect.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, very well appointed and in a great central location. The room was gorgeous with the most comfortable bed we've slept in and plenty of space. The food was delicious with a great choice at breakfast and stunning evening meal. What made this stay even better though were the hotel staff...every single one of them made us feel welcome from the outset and were genuinely warm. In particular, Louda who was very friendly and provided excellent service. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Very beautiful hotel with fantastic location, near many great restaurants & attractions. But the most important, Staff were very helpful and took very good care of you. You could feel the warm welcome since the first step in this hotel. In this trip we stayed many great hotels around Spain. This hotel is definitely our most favorite hotel.

Read the instructions about parking carefully. The hotel is effectively on a one way street and the parking, difficult to access. The instructions (which I failed to read) perfectly explained all of this.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The roof top bar was delightful, as was the Hamman. Location was great too - everything in walking distance.

The property itself is stunning. Originally the first bank in Granada, they have retained many of the original features and blended those with a stunning renovation and restoration. The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Francisco and Alex who couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms, the interiors, the roof top bar, the food, the location was amazing so thank you for a really memorable stay. Highly recommended. A beautiful hotel.

The building is beautiful... the room gorgeous... the Hammam and Pool, plus relaxation room were brilliant. The rooftop bar was delightful And the staff were warm, welcoming and just made you feel at home ( but much better than home)

This is an excellent hotel. Went for a 3-night stay to celebrate 50th birthday. Friendly, attentive staff (Alexia, Head of Reception, was fantastic). Rooms are elegant, lighting easy to control, beds very comfortable). Your senses are enveloped by a lovely scent in the corridors, with subtle music playing softly. There's a relaxing steam room, and pool underground with a massage room and gym whilst on the roof there's a bar and comfy seating so you can chill with cocktails and watch the Alhambra away from the busy streets. I was sad to leave this oasis of peace and tranquility.

What a stunning hotel. Our room was so beautiful as was the gorgeous lobby and dining area. Beautiful rooftop bar with views of the Alhambra. The service at the front desk was truly five star; concierge and staff were extremely helpful and warm. Highly recommend. Weather was hot but appreciated the effective air conditioning as a little oasis once you return to hotel

Great location for the Alhambra and other sites. Walked everywhere. Staff very friendly. Loved the rooftop bar especially in the evening was the perfect temperature. Rooms were beautiful
