You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location is excellent, although the parking is not part of the hotel, the public parking garage is right under the hotel and super convenient. The hotel is located right in the old town, it is beautiful and offers art, concerts, etc.

The hotel is just beautiful, it’s a stunning place. Our room was lovely , immaculately clean with extremely comfortable bed and a great pillow selection. The bathroom was great too. The hotel is beautifully furnished everywhere and has gorgeous old features throughout. It has a huge stunning garden at the back too. The staff were very nice and helpful too. It is in a corner of the lovely España plaza which is very nice area indeed, restaurants, bars, shopping etc all there and a short walk to the bus station. We used the buses a lot, there are buses from right outside the airport too. We got the bud to the lovely Salinas beach which is not far away. Also bus to Cudillero which is quaint and a lovely day out . We would so recommend staying here. 👌😊❤️

Breakfast was excellent, reception staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and cool, which was a lifesaver on these really hot days.

Beautiful and historic hotel in the center of Aviles! What a gem on The Camino. Its 5 star everything — room size, bedding, AC, spectacular views. We especially enjoyed the restaurant))) and room service. Recommend for sure.
