Kitchen well equipped with white goods but could do with more cutlery and crockery. Bedlinen and towels were provided and very good but a tea towel in the kitchen would have been helpful. A bit of noise on the street and from surrounding neighbours but not enough to spoil our stay.

Perfect location close to Gran Via and Royal Madrid. Really helpful owner / staff Very clean apartment In a small and not touristic building We felt like Madrileños and not tourists. Loved it !

Very kind and friendly host. The location is excellent in the middle of city center, very close super market, restaurants and public transportation. Clean apartment, small in size but typical Europe city center size, so i was not expecting more space for this price. Overall we are happy and satisfied with this stay.

Liked the Central Location of the Apartment as it's 75 meters from a metro station and 400ft from Plaza Espana, it's pretty close to dinning and turist locations like Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel 8 Minutes away. the Gran Via, Eveything is in proximity and or close via Metro, would recommend to arrive via Metro to plaza Espana and then go to the Hotel, is easier than arriving in Car, Madrid has ZBE $$$ Expensive tickets. amazing place to stay.

We arrived about an hour early. There were no responses to our Booking messages indicating that we would be arriving earlier. On location, we used What's APP to speak with Nicolas. We were having a difficult time reaching him because the phone calls kept "dropping". TV in living room had one English speaking channel. Overall, the apartment needs remodeling and better attention on cleaning.

Having a washer and drying rack were beneficial; as well a partial kitchen and living.

Nicolas was very patient :), since, we arrived with long delay due to missing transportation The department was very clean, spacious, quiet to have a good rest and near to all the interest places The department was full of basic for daily use :) We really enjoyed!

Hot water wasn't running ok, it was hard to take a shower and it was brown-ish most of the time. The curtains didn't keep dark in the night and it was very noise during night time.

Our only complaints about this stay was that the beds were not very comfortable, and there was a lot of street noise even with window shutters lowered. I can understand the noise being right downtown, but some improvements to the bed and couch(bed) would make a very large positive difference.

The host was onsite when we arrived and getting into the apartment was easy and pleasant. He was extremely helpful; sending maps, and offering and bringing extra bedsheets and blankets. The location of the apartment is excellent in terms of being easy walking distance to all parts of central Madrid and having all imaginable amenities nearby. Access to the apartment was relatively easy; with only three stairs to carry our baby stroller over coming and going. The elevators are small but can fit a stroller and parent, or bags, etc. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, and the entire apartment clean and tidy. There are individual heaters in each room which are well-able to maintain a comfortable space. Checking out was as easy as arriving, and there was an opportunity to store luggage for some time afterwards, which we did not require.

There was some difficulty with getting in touch with the property owner at the beginning but once we did manage to get in touch with him, he was very nice and helpful with everything.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is in the city centre but in a not so noisy street, with two supermarkets and the metro station very nearby. The apartment itself is modernly furnished (even though a coffee maker would be a nice addition). All in all, we were very satisfied with everything.
