Might have just been the time of year, but we had A LOT of flies in our room when we opened the windows on the first night. It would be nice if they could get some screens for the windows.

Overall we had a great stay here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing for getting to several beautiful day hikes. Breakfast, dinner and coffee all exceeded our expectations. Our room was ready with the crib we requested for our baby, parking was easy and free, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Great place for families!

Coffee from a machine is frequently not very good, so proper filter coffee would have been better

Great location in Pyrenees. Not far from the village with several bars and restaurants. Plenty of local walks to do. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit. The restaurant had a good food.The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Nice bathroom and parking just outside the hotel was much appreciated

Differing dog policies between different staff

Some of the staff were excellent. Others were okay. Their dog policy needs definition and training as we could not get the same answers from different staff . This is a pity as it is an excellent Hotel in a wonderful situation

Only a few rooms in the hotel have air condition. Staff was very helpful but there was no room with air condition available on our first day.

The reception staff were extremely helpful. The two dinners that we had were exceptional - the best meals we have had in the Pyrenees. And very good value for money. The restaurant staff were friendly and excellent.

The waiter at the restaurant was quite rude but everyone else at the property was very nice and helpful.

Beds were OK but could be a bit more comfortable Shower pan too small so you gotvwater on the floor every shower No screens on the windows

No vegetarian dinner options in the restaurant. The property is about 15/20 minute walk from Torla town centre.

Rooms a bit small for the price. No air conditioning unless in the most expensive rooms - in the summer can get hot and stuffy even at night. A fan can be provided upon asking.

Amazing location, large swimming pool, good restaurant with variety and quality food. Bus for the national park stops right in front of the hotel for high season.

Amazing location with options for meals. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A fantastic place to base for exploring this part of the Pyrenees.

No Air condition even if there is a pre instalation that does not work. Really hot nights and the only solution they offer is an old vent. Crowded swimming pool with no enough hammoks shared with a camping

I understand that the weather was exceptionally warm and I was aware at the time I made the booking that the room offered no air conditioning. Still, I wished I had air conditioning in the first two nights. I understood I was lucky that there was a fan I the hotel made available to me but, it was on a state of disrepair and it took me some bricolage activity to get it to some basic working and electrical safety conditions. It was also in need of basic cleaning.

The staff are dedicated and will find the way to guide and help when asked. The hotel restaurant has an interesting menu offer. I ended up not trying the swimming pool but it looked appealing.
