I had a hard time with their secured payment system. My computer didn't like it and I had to try to deal with it on numerous computers until it worked.

The staff was fantastic and the onsite restaurant had wonderful staff. Mario in the restaurant was the best!

The location of the hotel is great, very easy to get to both via bus and metro. There are also nice places to eat close to the hotel. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were also very comfortable. I would consider staying at this hotel next time I'm in Madrid.

The rooms are pretty basic for the price point, but the location wins out. Some issues with the shower door not closing.

Booked a room last minute and was really happy with how quick and convenient everything was. The location was perfect, the bathroom and facilities were great, AC was available for each individual room, and even the room I had on the top floor had a small view of the city and a skylight. Comfy bed, lovely staff.

This hotel has a very nice atmosphere! Perfect also for travelling alone. Apart from the great location and nice restaurant, I really appreciated the friendly staff, giving excellent service during the whole stay. At my arrival I was given a tram card that another guest had just handed in, since they had not had time to use it fully and on the day of my departure, the reception made an extra effort to let me have a late check out. All in all, a great stay and I would happily come back.

I had a problem with one lady staff who gave me the wrong address to a location I was searching. Though it was within walking distance, she said I will have to take a taxi. Many staff members also could not speak English.

This was a short stay at the end of a long trip, mainly for easy access to the Madrid airport for itinerary reasons. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of major attraction, and a central tourist area with many restaurants and other things. It has an on-site restaurant with good choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a pretty typical mid-range hotel in a large European city. There is not a lot of extra space. This hotel had a very nice sitting area where you could go for an afternoon glass of wine. It is somewhere I would return, as it is a great location.

I didn't use any service apart from the room so I can't rate them. I'm sure they would have been fine.

I just needed a bed and a shower in a specific location. The hotel delivered very well. The room was very small but I knew that when I booked and it was reflected in the price. It wouldn't work for a couple but for a single traveller it was absolutely fine.

Hotel was in very good location, very close to Opera Metro. Breakfast was very good. A very good selection and caters for gluten free. Beds were comfy and close to restaurants and shops. Very near the Royal Palace and Opera house.
