The restaurant work can be planned and organized better, one of the evenings the restaurant was understaffed and our diner took over 2 hours. Also, we needed to bring utensil ourselves, many dishes were served without fork&knife, only a plate with food.

Amazing hotel, good room, very clean, helpful staff. The territory feels very clean and exceptionally safe. The hotel is dog friendly, lots of place for our dog to be outside, no cars driving around. We could eat at the restaurant with our dog, just needed to sit outside.

We accepted that cleaning would be once in four days but the number of loo rolls needs to be increased. They could do with kettles in the room.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. However orange juice was vile like watery squash. They need to replace it with fresh orange juice not machine generated.

When I checked out, I left a wallet in my room with a small amount of money I asked my daughter to go back to reception to enquire for me unfortunately it was not handed in but no follow up of enquire to staff was offered a little disappointing as it had only been an hour after we checked out

The grounds are somewhat tatty. Gardens are overgrown. Litter in the foliage. Bins at rear of hotel in car park area were overflowing. The security gate to the car park is broken and taped off. More care is needed with the outside areas of the hotel to bring this premises up to what it could be. Also, the air conditioning is not very good, and soap dispensers in the rooms were empty. For three of us in one room only two towels were provided.

The location is fantastic for anyone visiting the Hacienda Del Alamo area. The rooms were clean. Pool are was very good. Hotel is dog friendly.

Happy with everything, but the location was a bit isolated. You would need a car/taxi.

The large room was clean with a view of the pool. The pool was great, plus there were plenty of sunbeds. The food choices were excellent, lastly the staff could not have been more helpful

No water or drinks in the room, no tea/coffee facility was in the room depite advertising a coffee machine included in teh room. No Aircon in the main reception building. Noone used this space as it was simply too hot in this area, despite it having lovley furnature to use.

All areas of the hotel was great, Breakfast was a good variety of choices, staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff were rude, the drains smelt pretty bad and we got bitten constantly throughout the day.

The pool is the best thing about this resort.

No hand rails on steps going down to the pool , no hand rails to the plunge pool suites down the steps , accessibility around the hotel should be exceptional without a doubt , for disabled , elderly ect , to make their stay more comfortable. The bar service lacks customers service an guest satisfaction big time , efficiency needs working on .

It is out in the middle of nowhere so quite expensive to go anywhere if not hiring a car. If a golf player then ideal and not too far from the airport. €35 for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

Beautiful complex and room was clean , comfortable and stylish. Javier on Reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was close to a children's play park which could have been very noisy during peak times. I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. I felt breakfast was overpriced and the food served in the Restaurant was tasty but lukewarm.

The room was bright, spacious and comfortable. Also very clean. The reception and bar and Restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a good location and the surroundings were beautiful.
