Absolutely stunning, spacious, modern loft apartments with great views and electric shutter blinds. Staff provided top notch customer service - so attentive, helpful, informative and hospitable. Great communication in person and on Whatsapp. Short walk to Empalme station which conveniently services 3 lines (Line 1, 2 and 4). From there, it's a short ride on the metro to the city centre. My loft conveniently had 2 bathrooms. Towels were lovely. Bed was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked - coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, etc all provided. Furniture and kitchenware all felt very new. Building has multiple lifts, also a plus. Quiet location.

There was no hot water temporarily at midnight for some reasons. The towels were a bit not clean.

The facilities are very good and the room is spacious with a good view of the city.

Really friendly and helpful staff, great use of the tennis Court which was fab for us. Great location, 2 minutes from the metro and supermarket. With a 5 minute train ride to the city. Our loft was stunning, beautiful natural light and Hugh ceilings.

That the kitchen sink was unsuitable for washing dishes as the plug had broken and the dish washer left a film over everything.

Liked the loft space, that there were adequate cooking facilities.and the proximity to three supermarkets and the Metro.

The apartment has lots of space so with the current setup it's not feeling very homely. The exit from parking area was a bit tricky to figure out at first, there was a button on the wall for opening the gate but we didnt have instructions for it so it was difficult to find it at first.

Overall the apartment was very nice and clean with good services around. It has easy access to the airport as well. The staff of Ohmyloft was very friendly and helpful.

Far away from the center. There are no restaurants or terraces in the neighborhoods.

It's a good place to stay, spacious, with very comfortable bad. Close to the metro station.

The only thing we didn't like was, we found the pillow too soft, not firm enough for us. Plus it would have been nice to have a smart capable tv for Netflix.

Location was just right for us, not too far and not too close to the city centre. Lidl was only 5 minutes walk. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Two metro stops within minutes of the accommodation. Only 25 minutes on metro to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Jaime and Sergio were great. Loft had everything we needed and was quiet.

This is not a dislike but one has to be claer, that the environs are a little outside of the centre of town.

It was not an issue for us as we rented bicycles, but it is a little far from the sights of you walking

Everything was perfect! The only thing that might be good to get is a kitchen cloth to dry the dishes. Otherwise everything was amazing

A really nice and CLEAN apartment in Valencia. We had a conference nearby and were so pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the appartment was. We had the option to use the pool and fitness as well but sadly we did not have time to do that. Everything is really great and you really get a great apartment in a nice building. You have the metro nearby and a shopping centre just few 100m from the apartment. We had a great time!

No clothes washer! No mirror in downstairs bathroom. No towel, cloth or detergent in kitchen. No spatula. No sugar, salt, oil, or coffee. Given the GREAT price for the Valencia area, I will come back every time.

Beautiful view from a wall of windows. Electric shades can completely or partially close. Nice balcony looking out to the mountains. Super comfortable sofa in a large living room. Bedroom is upstairs in an open loft with a master bath. Quality bed upstairs. There is a separate fold out bed downstairs, but we didn’t use. Full bath downstairs as well. Kitchen has the essentials, but nothing more. Elevators (6) were large and fast. There appeared to be available free parking in the building parking lot, but there is a large free lot 200 meters away on flat surfaces. Very modern and as clean as a hospital room. Easy to get here from airport. Take the M3 from airport to Empalme. 700 meter flat and safe walk to apartment. No need for a rental car. Use same Empalme station to get anywhere. Very easy. Great overview of the city provided by the office. We checked in late and picked up keys at the front desk. We could easily stay here for months.
