One of the door windows did not lock in the top end

The location of the property is prefect for accessing Triana and the old town and cathedral The suite was spacious, wonderful and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had space, much better than a hotel room or other places we have stayed at in Las Palmas. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. He met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know. There is a courtyard and a roof top area with sun chairs. There are complimentary coffee and drinks in the courtyard which everyone respectfully enjoys. We enjoyed Graciousness and quiet. We will be back!

We stayed only one night in the beautiful two bedroom apartment Alejandra. Swift communication and crispy bedsheets. A welcoming fruit basket and fresh flowers were cherry on top 👌Great location, quiet side street. Definitely recommend it!

Everything. During our stay, we actually stayed in 2 different apartments (within the same building), as we received an upgrade for the first night, and both apartments were great. The building where the apartments are located has a very nice inner courtyard - where a courtesy bar was available (really nice surprise!) - and a rooftoop. The building is close (easy walking distance) to the old city (La Vegueta) and very close to the main pedestrian street - Triana. It is also close to San Telmo bus station. The apartments are cleaned every day. Last, but not least, Pachi could not have been more kind and helpful during our stay.

One of the best accommodations ever stayed, everything is thought over and many solutions to make you comfortable provided. Very modern design, extremely clean, amazing terrace and rooftop provided, on terace one can even enjoy drinks and coffee ☕ that can made yourself: coffee machine, various alcohol beverages, tea etc provided. Inside the apartment everything is provided for cooking and entertainment as well: big tv, Bluetooth radio, etc. The support during the stay is also amazing, hosts are in quick touch always.

We have been staying in this property for two years in a row. Very good location, 10min walk to old town. 2 min walk to shopping street. Many cozy cafes and restaurants are just 2 - 10 min walk. Apartment is very comfortable, cozy and well maintained. Owner of property is very helpful if you have any questions or requests. If you rent a car, you have access to underground parking right around the corner form apartment. Highly recommend!

Not the fault of the apartment but, with such a good central location, the street is very noisy at night.

The apartment (Sofia) was stunning. Both stylish and comfortable. It was extremely well equipped and the amiable host supplied fruit, tea, coffee, olive oil etc so we were up and running immediately. There's also an excellent supermarket only a few minutes walk away. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Triana and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Vegueta is a delightful ten-minute walk away. We loved Las Palmas and will definitely return to Off Triana next time.

We had a great time so not much, but there were deliveries opposite early in the morning which were noisy.

The host Pachi is one of the nicest persons ever. I had health issues during our stay and he personally took me to emergencies to ensure i was taken care off and kept liasing and helping, the way a good friend would, i cannot recommend off triana enough

Located on a busy street so can be quite noisy. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and decorated with real attention to detail. A welcome gift of fresh fruit and wine were a lovely touch but I especially liked the more basic additions of condiments, olive oil, and ice cubes already made. The apartment is cleaned daily and they also provide a laundry service.. absolute luxury! The honesty bar is another nice touch. Thank you Pachi.

There is quite a lot of street noise (which of course makes sense in the middle of a big city). Because of this we kept the windows and shutters closed at night, but then it unfortunately becomes warm in the bedroom (the tower fan, helps a little).

Very large and beautifully designed appartment. Nice inner courtyard and big roof terrace (both for shared use with the other appartments, there are 5 in total). Great location in the middle of Triana neighbourhood. Free underground parking very close by. On arrival we found a bottle of wine and a full fruit bowl.

The noise from the bottle bank being emptied at 7am on a Monday morning. However it’s a working town which makes Las Palmas such a wonderful place to visit. It’s great to be in Triana such a lovely place full of cafés, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in the Sophia apartment. The apartment was spacious and light with large windows. There were lovely touches such as the fruit basket, wine and daily cleaning and fresh water. The communal terrace was a great touch with the bar and the terrace above this. We only used it once but I can imagine when it would be a little busier it could be very social. The guide that was put together was fantastic and we used it a fair bit to choose the restaurants to go to. The parking was great to have too. The communication with Patchi was very easy via WhatsApp and would answer queries promptly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our host Pachi was incredible and met us with the keys and to explain the parking and everything, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment is already amazing, but then add all of the amenities that are so wonderful like the outdoor lounge (complete with a complimentary bar area) and also the rooftop area to relax. Location is perfect!

the property was extremely clean and well maintained. it was in a perfect location, next to some delicious local restaurants and unique shops. Pachi was an amazing host, he welcomed us on arrival, arranged parking for us and even booked restaurants for our dinners. he’s very kind and considerate. we had such a warm welcome and can’t wait to stay there again one day.
