We would have liked it if there were microwave bowls to cook with, we did manage, as we did eat in a few times.

We liked the location of the villa, great sea view, only a short walk to Marina Rubicon. Fantastic looking villa, very clean, huge comfortable beds, big pool. We would definitely come back again and stay in this particular villa.

The only small issue is that a pool cover would really help in February, the month that we normally come.

It has an excellent location on the site. The villa is roomy and has all that we needed. We have been before and rate both the property and the support of the staff at Villa Volcan. They are very helpful.

Stayed a few years ago & noticed the villa was now looking a bit dated. Heard that they are being updated this year which is good. The pool isn't heated but able to use the heated pools at hotel Volcan.

Location, near all the amenities of Rubicon marina. Very quiet & private villa.

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 small children, one of the adults is a wheelchair user and the villa was very accessible, the staff had even put a ramp out before our arrival which was much appreciated. Just wanted to feedback that a handrail around the toilet and shower would make for a more comfortable stay.

Beds although comfy enough, maybe the mattress needed turning or replacing - a few indentations from previous visitors so the memory foam mattress wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been!

Everything was spot on.

The location is fantastic and we stayed in villa 15 and it was very well equipped, I honestly could not fault it. Plenty of space, sunbeds, chairs, more than comfortable and the views were outstanding. Ricardo was extremely helpful and was in hand should we need anything. I would not hesitate to recommend the villas and I will definitely be returning.

Same areas need an upgrade (eg bathrooms, ceiling lights) and TV is old, having a smart TV would be great in this day and age especially with kids. The main room has 2 matresses, would be nice to have a double bed instead

Just a small thing, the pool was a great size but sand kept appearing in it. We did have some very windy weather but other pools in the complex were not affected as much as ours and I wonder did it have anything to do with the neighbours private artificial leafy fence...

Pool needs some TLC , broken tiles , dirty walls . A cover would be beneficial to stop the sand gathering in the pool overnight Some champagne flutes and larger drinking glasses would be a nice addition . Also corkscrew not useable but we managed to find a way into the wine !

Being very picky here but perhaps the villa could do with a minor refresh of the fixtures and fittings in some areas. I understand that villas will be refurbished in the coming months / year or so.

Everything. The villa was perfect. The location, the resort, the restaurants, beaches .... everything was great. Having the option of using the hotel opposite was also a real bonus. Also, Ricardo was a great host but as everything was perfect we didn't have too much interaction with him or his team.
