The chips. Not very good chips. i love chips so it's hard to please me. There were a lot of alternatives so not a big issue. Also the crisps were stale. This is all very very minor. The rest of the food choice was vast and varied and very very good.

Breakfast and dinner included in the great price. Also we were late getting to the hotel the first night and they let us have a free lunch on the day of our choice. Very considerate. They also had a chef in the restaurant cooking fresh for you what you wanted. Loved that. The room wS huge as was the bathroom. We also had a sea view. Great parking too. So many good points. Roof bar over looking the sea was fabulous. Finally loved the pool truck in the middle of the 3 huge pools.

Room was clean, really spacious and a super comfy bed. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both buffet style. There was lots of choice and the food was really good. The hotel is quite remote but we were aware of this and it didn’t bother us at all. You can drive to many places or take a nice walk along the sea front.

The food was very nice The waiting and chefs staff were very helpful in explaining the food options to me. The Resturant was clean. The reception staff were very helpful one of them was Mario who speaks very good English

Hotel is in an isolated location. Mosquitoes were a serious issue after dark.

Young man playing wrap music in the upstairs bar from 8pm so loud that you couldn't speak, the couples that were there were 60 to 70 years old, see who your audience is, and like us left until there was no one, loss of revenue for the hotel, you could still hear it in our room, this happened both nights, people sat below the bar on tables outside the restaurant were you cannot have a drink which again is ridiculous and loss of revenue, losing so much money, also on Friday night the choice for dinner was tuna on the grill, pizza or tacos, we like neither, this was more a lunch menu, so we asked reception to change dinner for lunch on the Saturday, to our amazement in hot 30 degrees weather for lunch was pork chops, lamb stew, roast potatoes, lamb hock, chilli concarne, just before you go in pool, someone has got there menus mixed up

Location was ok for us as we have family there but would not visit otherwise as nothing to do. Liked the gym and table tennis. Should have the tennis courts open.

There seemed to be a lack of staff in the restaurant and bar area. Also it’s very bright in both areas!
