It is a beautiful building with historic features incorporated into the room. Love the doors and the windows. Room very spacious. So convenient to the airport, and to the restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nothing could have been improved for us, it was a lovely 3 nights

Breakfast was freshly prepared, lots of choice and high quality. Location was ideal, edge of old town with lovely views and surrounded by loads of old historic buildings

Persons with large / heavy bags will find it difficult to negotiate the steps leading up to the reception , not to mention to their rooms on the upper levels. Staff at reception were unhelpful with our queries regarding restaurant recommendation and public transportation. One of them was rather unpleasant and should not be placed on front desk duties.

WiFi did not work in the room.

A wonderful small hotel in a historical building in the old town of Hondarribia. We had a spacious and comfortable room with nice view an a huge balcony. We enjoyed breakfast with fresh fruit and juices in a lovely surrounding. Definitely a good choice!

I could not and did not figure out how to turn on ANY of the lights. I checked in when light and did not try on my room lights. When I came back after dinner (10pm) there was no host as announced. So I had no one to ask. I had an emergency head Lamp and could charge up my phone as there was electrical outlets that worked. So check your room lights when checking in! Otherwise it was near perfect! Good English skills and helpfulness by the hotel staff. Definitely would return.

Great location in old town, busy, buzzy courtyard / meeting-place frequented by locals and guests. Good breakfast. Access to Reception and bedroom up a slope and steep steps would have ben difficult for my disabled wife but staff offered access through the locked front door.

We went into the restaurant area to get some dinner and were not received w friendly service, after a few places l places we tried, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, finally we received great service at the Gastro pub net to the hotel, and there the food was also excellent.

The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the ambiance, the comfort of the bedroom, and the bathroom was very nice, We also enjoyed the views of the city.

Breakfast served from 8am which was a little bit late if you wanted to start Camino walk earlier. We were there during Easter week, so maybe that had something to do with it.

Beautiful Hotel. Spacious bedroom with a really comfortable large bed. Loveky breakfast options too. Perfect location for Camino del Norte.

Bathroom a bit dated but clean.

Great hotel that is in the old part of the city. Room felt like you were staying in a castle. Tapas bar next door and short walk to centre of the old town. Great breakfast.

The location, while so beautiful and unique, is a bit hard to get to by car on the narrow streets of the old town. We ended up parking about 1 km away from the hotel and walked to it with our luggage.

We loved the helpful and friendly staff, cool and unforgettably unique location, and AMAZING breakfast buffet spread.

There was nothing we did not like but they did not have much public space

We have been here before and we loved the room with the balcony and our own turret with a table and chairs

The location was great, right by a busy square with lots going on with restaurants and bar. It was a little tricky finding the location by car but the receptionist was on the phone with us helping to navigate through the one way streets. It was a lovey hotel. The breakfast was wonderful as was the setting. The hotel was wonderful with the stone walls and detail.
