We were unable to use the large pool for most of our stay due to a film crew which was ashame. Our air con in the room was also not as cold as it should have been even after the maintenance visited. Possibly needs serviced

We booked a taxi via booking .com and were dropped at the golf course rather than the hotel. We managed to get a taxi who had dropped off some golfers to take us to the hotel. Because there were 5 of us, they had to take us over two journeys. I contacted booking .com for for a refund or at least some recompense off our return journey, but they offered nothing without a receipt. Very poor and costly start to our holiday. The hotel accommodation is a little dated but very spacious. The main problem was the website indicated there was a shuttle bus available. This was not the case we had to book taxi’s which were around 40 euros return to Alicante. There is no bus route nearby. The staff were unable to give us any directions to find a bus route. There was no table tennis bats. The Boule pitch could have done with a rake.

Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The gardens around the hotel were beautiful. The pool areas were great for the children.

One of the pools was closed, which we were not informed about ahead of our stay so that was a little disappointing. The pool bar closes at 7:30pm and the drinks choice is a little limited. The dinner menu in the restaurant by reception isn’t great - the food wasn’t bad but it was more snack food like sandwiches and pizzas, maybe the restaurant at the golf club is better but we didn’t go there. You are not allowed to drink in the pool.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful (especially with booking taxis) and friendly, the pools were warm and very clean and the apartments were big, comfortable and clean. The whole area is very quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast is great, lots of choice and the food was very good. The ladies at the pool bar were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to go in Alicante.

We stayed here one night as we landed late and It was 10 minutes away from airport. Wish they had refreshments available. We checked in 10pm only water available to purchase.

The room was lovely, 3 separate bedrooms of a large kitchen and lounge area, own balcony area. Really clean and modern.

Evening meals as we buy option dinner and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t to bad dinner on the first and second night wasn’t good..on our last night when(3) we been very nicely surprised how good it was..so if you could keep this continuity that will be great..we eat at the court restaurant as well was delicious

We missed more outdoor furniture - we only had 2 chairs and a tabel. As the apartment is good for 4-5 persons, we expected it to at least have enough furniture for all guests. There would also have been space enough for 2 sunbeds - and on the rooftop, which had no furniture, the area could have been much more taken advantage of. We had ants in the apartment - never a pleasant experience, but we had help from the staff removing them. The bar by the pool had various opening hours which we were not informed of, and some staff do not speak well english, so the communication where sometimes not so good. The selection of drinks are limited, but they have the basics like wine, beer, sangria and soft drinks. The food in the restaurant is quite sad - rent a car and eat somewhere else, or cook in the kitchen in the apartment.

The place gives a sense of luxus, the garden is green and lush and well kept. The apartment is spacious for 4 people - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. Even a separate room for washing machine and tumble dryer. By the dining table, there were double glass doors to the balcony, which were nice to have open in the evening, when eating in. The windows have outside blinders, which keeps the temparature inside down, and gives a good night sleep! Big plus! The balcony is spacious, we even had an extra roof area we could access via the balcony. Cleaning every day, new towels every day. The location is very nice, quiet, but you need a car to get around. There is a parking garage for a little extra cost, and was very nice to use. Elevator from the parking garage directly up to the apartments.

The glass door in the bathroom was cracked end to end (this is dangerous!), it is strange that the cleaning personnel did not report. We did report to reception but they couldn't fix it the same night. Also we had an issue with the key card and the electricity switch that was solved by the maintenance personnel. The food at the restaurant was below the average, not recommended.

The shower door doesn’t close properly so if you take a long shower then you have all bathroom flooded.

If your intention is to self cater the kitchen is missing some utensils. There is a lack of cushions both indoor and on the outdoor chairs.

We did not use the restaurant so have no comments. The pool was in good condition always looking very clean. The rooms are serviced daily if required with regular changing of the bedding.
