Rude, badly behaved guest....

We enjoyed our vacation as a family of 4 in this hotel quite well, except for a few small shortcomings, for which the hotel is not to blame. As already mentioned in the reviews, the hotel is situated on a hill and its individual accommodation units are also located in hilly terrain. Our room was in the farthest part from the reception, but a short walk, either up a slight hill or up the stairs, was not a problem for us or the children. It is not difficult, as some tourists say here...the rooms were spacious and clean, the cleaning service in the rooms was nice. The food was also rich in choice, a large selection of vegetables, salads, fruit,and milk and fruit smoothie drinks. The hotel staff were always very helpful and polite. The only thing that spoiled our stay were the rude and bad -mannered British... Every day we witnessed their vulgar and loud verbal expressions in the public areas of the hotel, around the pool, etc. . .We witnessed how these tourists behaved very indiscriminately and verbally aggressively towards the staff as well...also, every night around our room literally drunk British tourists were charging into the rooms, and were so noisy in the early hours of the morning that every time they also woke up our children from their sleep....overall their behavior was inappropriate and outrageous. For that reason alone, I would not recommend the hotel to families with children, although the hotel itself is not responsible for the composition of its clientele.

There were bugs that would get into the room but this could be from the balcony doors open, lucky we had bug killer under the sink

The room was so lovely and spacious, the food was delicious and it’s in a great location for cheap taxis to go to the monkey park and Siam park and touristy things. Plus the staff were all wonderful, so welcoming and lovely! We definitely will be going back!

Nothing bad but just be aware of steps/some slight inclines with buggy to get to rooms. No shops in very close proximity but only ~15 min nice walk to a supermarket and about 30 mins to beach

Big shout out to all the lovely staff across the resort- so friendly and helpful. The resort is fab both during the day and at night with all the beautiful lights. All the activities for the kids were great. We loved the various pools and kids aqua area for our boys aged 3 & 8 yrs- special thanks to the fab female lifeguard in the aqua park- clearly loves kids and made their time there safe and very enjoyable for us all ❤️

The location. It’s on a steep hill meaning about 70 steps to get to the apartment from the pool and it was also far away from ANY shops, bars and restaurants. It’s a good 20 min walk down to the coast and it meant being B&B only, we had an awful lot of bread, cheese & ham lunches in the apartment when we would have usually eaten out. If someone opened a restaurant nearby it would do so well!

Great pools, lovely apartment with a huge rooftop solarium - we ate there most evenings (ask for a fiat at the back of the complex for this). Breakfast was excellent with opportunity to dine indoor or out.

I booked this for my son and his friends for the night as they booked there first holiday abroad and choose the wrong hotel disaster wrong location 1/12 hour away from las americas it was pretty much the slums they were celebrating my sons 21st birthday and you need to have seen there reaction when they checked in and seen there room they absolutely loved it here everything about it .

Pool area crowded. Remote location reguires walking or taxi to anywhere you go. Cloudy compared to closer to beach.

Plastic cups in most areas except the dinner area. my pescetarian friend struggled to find meals some days so I can’t imagine veggies and vegans being able to find much - other than salad bar! Also people were using the tongs to get meat and cheese etc so cross contamination was a bit of an issue so be weary if allergies or strictly veggie.

Location 10 min taxi from airport - about €35. Breakfast was the same each day but a huge variety so you can have something different if you so wish. Lunch and dinner were very nice with variety. Pool was clean and large and sun loungers were nice you just have to get up early to reserve them! Cocktails are all premixed and very nice. Definitely strong. Cocktails included love on the beach, tequila sunrise, mojitos, pina colada etc and loads more but not included in AI. Other drinks on tap with ice and fruit readily available All inclusive definitely worth the money.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling. The pools were great and warm. The kids pool area is especially great for families visiting with kids. The breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Great ocean view from the room. Taxi came very quickly when ordered from reception. Overall, would definitely recommend for family vacation.

Quite a distance from the main shopping, restaurant & bar areas, either a long walk of about 30 minutes or you have to get a taxi into town. The hotel entertainment could have been better and it would be a good idea to start earlier than 9.30 pm. The local alcoholic drinks at the bar we felt were weak. The motto of the hotel was "be happy," but some of the staff looked as if they found this difficult to achieve. There are lots of steps around the hotel, so be mindful of this if you have mobility issues.

Spacious duplex room. Facilites good. Great choice of food for all meals. Reception staff were always pleasant. Loved the artificial grass around the pools. There were always plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The weekly BBQ and the foam party in the pool were great fun. The maid service was spot on and they came in every day to clean the rooms. We had a duplex room, and it was good to have a balcony as well as a TV on each floor. The kitchen was very well equipped, but we did not make use of this as we opted for the all-inclusive package.

Only downfall was the location and not being walkable to amenities but nothing a cheap taxi ride couldn’t solve.

Beautiful decor, staff were very friendly and attentive! Well kept grounds and personally for me, the food was the best thing about it. Best all inclusive food I’ve had flavour and variety each night.

Remote, beds not comfortable

Lovely hotel but a taxi ride to anywhere, beds not comfortable , stayed B&B, breakfast was fine, probably wouldn’t stay again as had to taxi everywhere, hotel up a steep bank, so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. Cleaners very polite and bar/restaurant cheerful. Food plentiful and great variety of choice. Pool areas spotless and well kept. Would definitely stay again.
