Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel shuttle bus only arrives on the hour to collect you. This was not properly explained and as such we ended up waiting 40 minutes after staff advised it would be there shortly. Staff at reception were abrasive and dismissive during every interaction. The room service was very difficult to order with no menu available in the room.
The hotel was very close to the airport. The pool was a decent size and staffed with the option to rent towels if needed. Room service was available.

ItalyHonestly, despite all the merits of the facility, I found the price per night too high compared to the value of the facility itself and the level of services offered. In addition, I did not appreciate the decision not to make the toilet brush available in the bathroom and given the price of the room I would have appreciate to have at least a bottles of water offered for each night and the coffee machine.
I stayed during a business trip and the location of the hotel was optimal for me. The facility is well maintained, the rooms and all areas are clean, and the staff is friendly and professional.

I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel as indicated when I booked on Booking.com - I should point out that this was guaranteed by my credit card - but the hotel kept sending me emails asking me to pay in advance. Which I didn't do. They then debited the cost of the room in advance - without my consent - 24 hours before check-in. Their payment policy is misleading! Competent but unfriendly staff

IndiaI was at the hotel by 930 and I would have liked for you to provide me the breakfast instead of next day as I left at 5sm and all I wanted was just coffee and eggs and Considering my package comes with breakfast was not provided at all and charged me an extra 7€ on day one for breakfast. You could have been more considerate. But overall very good location and stay for a day layover

United StatesThe location was fantastic. Only five or six blocks from the mall. Did some shopping after we arrived in Madrid. We took a taxi from the bus station and it was only €21. The hotel arranged the free shuttle transportation to the airport , two days ahead of time at our requested time. They were so kind to keep resending me the link so we could register. The beds were comfortable and the room with spacious. AC worked great!

United StatesAirport shuttle service could be improved. I'd imagine clients stay at this particular location due to its proximity to the airport and solely BECAUSE of such proximity. A more flexible, not so rigid, and more accommodating airport transfer system would have been good. I had to scramble to take a taxi to the airport since the next shuttle was for an hour later.
Room and overall facilities were clean, well kept and maintained. Fixtures and furniture were either modern or new. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. For a 1 night stay, room was spacious enough. Overall, a very good stay.

My stay was in room 111 for one night only (6.9.2024). The room was inviting that provides all necessities. I've even asked for an iron to do my clothes which they provided. The location is great if you would like to catch an early flight (they even provide a free bus shuttle from and to the airport, just make sure to book your seat in advance). The nearby mall is excellent for restaurants and shopping which I've walked to in the evening. All in all, I sure will repeat my stay in this hotel whenever I need to spend a night near the airport.
