Tv in the room did not have Netflix, only youtube. Unfortunately, we found it unusable. Also, it was not allowed to take hotel towels to the beach which was very disappointing. I had to go out and buy a beach towel.

Nice interior in the lobby and rooms, very quiet, comfortable and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Only a small criticisms, but the pillar just away from window and close to the bed was a little inconvenient especially if getting up at night, definitely needed to put the light in to avoid an accident. Could do with overhead light aswell as wall lights.

Excellent location surrounded by plenty if excellent bars and restaurants. Just a steady 10 min walk to the harbour. Very Helpful staff Clean and comfortable Room, not overly big but sufficed. Although the hotel has no carpark, I was given directions to the public carpark where you get discounted rates and it was just a 2 minute walk away. I had asked for the use of a kettle and it was ready and waiting in the room on our arrival along with complimentary water. Considering we were on a busy road you could not hear a sound from outside when in the room...perfect!!

We would have liked there to have been an onsite bar and also for both the rooms to have had the same facilities.

For me the bed was too soft, however the size was superb. However, although we booked 2 standard doubles. one of the rooms had coffee making facilities (although cups and coffee never replenished) and also had complimentary bath robes and slippers. It also had 'extras' such as shower caps, shaving kit etc.... we also had a balcony and was able to sit outside. A bit embarrassing as our friends didn't have any of these 'extras' and we both paid the same price !!! The location was perfect. a stones throw from market, the hop on hop off bus and the tram station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and also a car park nearby for those like us that drove there.

Need an iron and ironing board in room, stocked fridge, Kleenex.

Breakfast was excellent. We ended up with an interior family room, which was Ok. The shower leaked quite a bit.

There were a couple of hairs in the bed when I got here. My key card also kept not working and had to keep going to reception to get it activated again.

Great location! You can walk to anywhere from this location. Great eateries, gelato shops, and a walking distance to the beach and the castle. The room was spacious, had ample storage space and the king bed was super comfortable. Breakfast options were broad. Good, fresh options to choose from, and the staff provided warm lactose free milk when I asked.

Room was pretty much closed inside of the building.

Kind and friendly personnel provided me an early check-in. Hotel is located at couple of minutes walking distance from the most famous promenade in Alicante.

The fact that iam genius level 2 but we were charged for breakfast each euro 15. I had also checked re our automatic upgrade and they did not give it to us especially since we were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary which was disappointing

Nice room. When we came there was mold in the roof close to the AC but they cleaned that out. Very good breakfast. Very good AC. We had late checkout for a good price.

Quite shocked to miss a kettle and some cups to make coffee or tea in the room. Also, there was no place to hang stuff rather than the wardrobe .

The walls are too thin and you could hear if someone was talking in the room next door. The bathroom door is not practical at all. You can't close it fully and even if you do, you can see everything through the edges inside. There is not much of a window view cause it's looking straight in the next building.

The location is super close to the main street and everything you need. The room was clean and we got new bedsheets and towels every day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Alicante.
