You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainParking is a little bit complicated and not easy to locate as from the distance it looks like the road it’s only for the tram, so we had to drive around and come to it from a different direction.
Staff is very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. Many options for breakfast. The room felt light and airy, and the views were great; location was perfect for us, just a short walking distance from the Basilica and the Goya Museum.

SpainThe constant switching on and off sound from the AC was very discomforting and disturbed my sleep and made me feel like there was somone in the room. But again you can not hold the hotel for this. It will be better if they can sort it but if not I will still go there again when I go to Zaragoza again.
Room with a lovely view, I could just sit there in the night looking over the city old buildings in the moon light. What a lovely view it was.

Like this hotel, have stayed a few times on drive from UK to Alicante. Location is great, as very close to cathedral which is beautiful, and also river walk for the dog. About 10 mins walk from good tapas area. Hotel is modern, comfy and clean.

RussiaGreat location, there is underground parking in the hotel. There are a lot of places to have breakfast or to eat near the hotel. We had a great view over the river. Modern air conditioning system. If we needed fresh air we opened the window. Comfortable spacious bed.
