Had difficulty getting an English TV station but were only there for 2 nights so wasn't worth investigating further.

The room was a little bit small and basic, however perfect for 1 night.

Great location, close to everything, bars, shops, museums, port etc. The hotel has private parking with access via lift, suitable for small or medium cars. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was Perfect, food was good. Breakfast was good. The only problem was some of the staff could not speak English some very little. Especially at the hotels restaurant we had problems ordering food because the waitress could not speak English.

The hotel was functional and lacked charm.

The room specifically, and the hotel in general, was comfortable, clean and well-maintained and -decorated. The location of the property was excellent. The members of staff were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The breakfasts were adequate and tasty. All-in-all the hotel represented good value for money.

Great location within walking distance to all the major city sights. Staff were really helpful. Rooms were a nice size and comfortable beds. Each room has an iron and ironing board. It's really good that you can actually open a window rather than use an aircon. Thank you Angel for all your help. Taxis are easy to find. Cala Cortina is 40 min walk or 10 mins in a taxi ..it is a soft pebble strip. It is 2 small alcoves and gets very busy as it's so small. You need to take everything with you as there is no shop there .

Really nice hotel in a good location in Cartagena close to restaurants, harbour and local attractions. Nice spacious rooms with possibility to make coffee. There is a very good breakfast with fresh fruits.

Was disappointed with room we had booked a seaview room with terrace but hotel said they had not got one available either seaview without or terrace with street view.Would advise people to confirm with hotel in advance.

The entrance to the hotel car park was so narrow, only the tijiest car ir motorbike could actually get in. The hotel had an arrangement with a public car park down the road at discount but it would have been nice to park closer.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location in the city with shops and history in one direction and the harbour with all its bustle and activity in the other made walking anywhere very easy. We particularly liked the little extras the staff did. Eg, the first evening room service knocked on our door with a little tray of welcome cakes. My husband's birthday fell during our stay and the receptionist not only recommended an excellent restaurant for a special meal, but booked us a table and informed the staff at the restaurant of the special occasion and they arranged a little celebration. Later back at the hotel, we got another cake delivered to the room. We also liked the lady who came every evening to turn down the ved and leave chocolates which pleased my husband no end!
