To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGreat staff. I was delayed and arrived very late but managed to find their specific WhatsApp number and texted them, to which they replied promptly. Room was a great size and location was good for me as I was visiting someone but in general, I would say it's quite a convenient location, even if not in the middle of the popular centre.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet back garden to relax. The hotel is in a good location to start exploring Madrid, close to a street where we found lots of restaurant options where the locals go.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, nice staff, great little touches !! We loved it. We stayed here as our home base in Madrid and everyone agreed it's a fantastic hotel overall.

United States of AmericaThe shower water spilled over onto the outer floor, regardless of how careful we were. The room was not as soundproof as expected. I could clearly hear conversations, doors closing and other sounds.
Beautifully appointed entrance, lobby, hallways and room. Very welcoming and professional reception. The premium room was spacious with a nice separation between the entry and bedroom. Was able to work at my laptop at the generous desk and then retreat to the bistro sitting area in front of the windows to enjoy my coffee. Their was also a sleeper sofa which we didn’t use but appreciated the extra seating. The roomy shower was fabulous with a rainfall and handheld option. The bathtub also had a separate handheld shower head to rinse off after bathing. The small face wash cloths were a pleasant surprise. Air conditioning was especially appreciated as the outside tenps were courting the low 100s f.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable, Excellent water pressure and shower head system. Welcome drinks and chu ches for guests upon check in, and some time during the day also after exploring. Friendly helpful staff. Small but very thoughtful selection of breakfast items. No complains.

Excellent location for those (We were those) expecting to be close to Museums and others. Breakfast was good BUT a bit expensive compared with restaurants close by. Room was good looking at interior garden. A bit small.
