Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything was great but there was a day where all guests experienced issues with their keycards but the issue got resolved quickly
The location was good walking distance from 2 different metro stations. The pool was very nice and they had poolside bar service (bring drinks to you). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They come equipped with small fridge - filled with complimentary drinks, wine storage, shower & bathroom amenities aswell

United KingdomIt's a shame the gym closes so early as it could easily be 24/7, and it's a shame they take away the water cooler so that you must buy €5 bottles instead.
Very clean, comfortable and nice stay, the staff were friendly and polite and could speak very good english. Check in was very easy, and any questions were answered. Breakfast is great and the terrace is a nice addition.

UkraineThe breakfast starts a bit late, and the pool opens at 11 am, which is also quite late. There is an unpleasant smell in the corridor, reminiscent of old furniture. Additionally, there is no kettle in the room, and no complimentary bottle of water is provided.
The area is pretty quiet. The pool is clean and not overcrowded. Breakfast is delicious.

GreeceThe only thing that could have made our experience better would be if the parking was cheaper. We found it a bit pricy.
The location was good and so were the facilities. The room was comfy and the pool was clean and well looked-after. The staff was kind- especially the lady that worked around the swimming pool area. Her name is Daisy and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay there.

United KingdomBeware that for hot summer days, the integrated air conditioner isn’t great. My toddler kept sweating inside the room at all times. We had to be given a fan and that’s how we managed.
The staff couldn’t have been better. We complained about the air conditioning in the room a few times and they tried their best to help. Switching rooms wasn’t going to help as all the rooms felt as warm, but they gave us complimentary breakfast and gifts throughout our stay to apologise for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great, a bit expensive but lovely food.

United KingdomPool didn’t open till 11am and inexplicably was closed between 2pm and 3.30pm on a couple of days and all guests asked to leave the pool area. Bar at pool area was never open in 7 days we stayed in early July so had to walk up stairs into building and go to bar and carry drinks back down steps. They wouldn’t let you take your own food and drink so this was bizarre!!

SpainThe room is extremely small, in 2 we felt sufocated already. Air conditioning is central so it stayed hot during our whole stay, even after asking. Mini bar did not work, changed, also not freezes. Gave us a "courtesy" bed for the dog completely furred and a bowl of water totally dirty, that we promptly returned... On the EXTERNAL AREA of the restaurant a very ignorant lady in the afternoon kicked my wife out "scorting her" and talking loudely to the reception because of her GUIDE DOG (therapy dog) that in her mind could not be there - although other staff members have authorized before to be in the area that is allowed to smoke (!?) and there are no stickers saying it is not allowed as per Madrid law. Very frustrating...
The ladies on the morning for the coffee shop/ restaurant were amazing, also the recepcionists. The pool is good, nice space for sunbath. The penne bolognese at the restaurant is surprisingly tasteful and served in a very good sized portion.
