Fantastic property in a great central location of Madrid. Our host was very helpful and gave us great tips for local sights and experiences. It’s also located very close to an amazing bakery (San Francisco) and cate (Pastora) at the end of the short street. So glad we found this accommodation. We would highly recommend it. This apartment was great. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in a nice neighbourhood. Omar was a lovely and welcoming host. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid - with all the sites in walking distance. Also, supermarket and excellent bakery just down the street. Highly recommend!

Omar was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our flight arrived mid morning and he graciously allowed us to leave our luggage there while the apartment was being cleaned. The building is located on a quiet lane but close to a great bakery and coffee shop.There are many tapas bars nearby and Plaza Mayor is a 10min walk away. We loved the little apartment as it was clean and new and had everything you needed.

The location was perfect for experiencing Madrid . Supermarket, bakeries, restaurants were nearby as well as many major attractions like the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Food Market, Plaza Mayor, etc. Omar was super nice and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The studio was recently renovated, very clean and well-equipped . He even met us when we arrived and arranged a taxi for us to the airport at the end of our stay.

Omar is an excellent host. He met us to give us the keys even though our bus arrived late at night. He provided us with a map and gave us great suggestions for what to see and where to eat! He takes great pride in his suite and it is clean, modern and well-equipped!

Before even arriving into the apartment, Omar was so easy to communicate with. He greeted us, showed us around and made us feel comfortable instantly. He provided some great hints and tips for our Madrid visit. The accommodation itself was also great. Firstly the location in La Latina was excellent. So much to enjoy. It was also a short walk to the palace. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfy. Also very secure and safe. Would recommend, great spot.

We stayed for 5 days, so maybe the place to keep clothes and personal affairs was not sufficient. A small chest of drawers would be appreciated.

Omar's (our host) welcome and wise advices on arrival. A very quiet and well situated studio with all facilities. The area is very trendy, the street itself very quiet so we got the best of two worlds. Perfectly clean, small but very convenient kitchen area.

Nothing, it was perfect. Just note that it may not be possible to leave your bags after checkout if you have extra time before you leave the city. However, Omar was very helpful and found us lockers nearby.

A great place to stay in Madrid! The location is perfect - can easily walk everywhere and there are a lots of bus stops and a metro station nearby. There was also a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a grocery nearby. The room was great, too - very clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos! The room was on the first floor (so no stairs). It was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Water pressure and the hot water in the bathroom was also excellent. Shampoo and body wash was also provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or reheat leftovers (however, there was no microwave). The wifi was excellent. The host, Omar was also super nice and helpful. He was responsive to our queries and requests. He gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Will definitely come back!

We had a great stay, Omar messaged us as we arrived and gave us the best directions from the airport to the apartament and met us outside the building to give us the keys and show the apartament. As we arrived a little late in Madrid we asked for some tips for places to get a meal and he pointed us to a great place nearby. The apartment was perfectly clean and the location was just perfect and we had everything we needed at a walking distance. Plus, make sure to check the bakery right around the corner, their bread is delicious! Next time we visit Madrid we'll definitely look forward to stay here again.

The add didn't explained well the location of the studio. So we got off from the taxi, according to the written address, and still had to walk for about 12 min.
