Parking spaces are very limited but available with a short, say 400-500 m walk on the roadside. Also garage spaces for 18 € per night.

Cons: 1- Small pool. Very smaller that what in the pictures. 2- Location was nice near the beach but very isolated from the centre and it’s difficult to get a Taxi which is the only way of transportation in this place.Buses operation was very limited. 3- Usually you won’t find a Sun bed as most people put their towels on and leaves and the hotel does nothing about that 4- To get a beach towel you have to pay 10€ at the reception as a deposit which was really weird! 5- when I arrived the A/C did not work well and had to bring the technician to fix it and it was generally dated and weak. 6- The food was very mediocre and repetitive. Cold most of the times. 7- The beach near the hotel is rocky and to get to the closest nice beach you got to bay 23 € for the sun-bed and a prolly 8- Entertainment was a hit or miss some nice musical bands were nice. Other times it was weird shows !

Pros: 1- Close to the sea. Took a garden view room but still able to see the sea and the beaches. 2- Room was nice and cleaned regularly 3- Life guard at the pool who reacted very quickly 4- Got some entertainment in place around 10 pm and kids entertainment. 5- Food was Okay

The room was nice however in the shower the water kept leaking out into the hallway. The shower was door could have been better built to close most of the shower. I also didn’t like that bedsheets wasn’t changed when cleaning the rooms

Only a few small negatives really, a lot of extras required deposits (e.g. kettle for the room, parasol to use by the pool) which I feel could have just been included. A bit further from Salou centre than we expected, too - about a 35 minute walk or €10 taxi. Plates at breakfast were sometimes dirty, and I wouldn't bother with lunch/snacks by the pool as we waited nearly an hour for chicken nuggets and chips - you're better off heading out for food. Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

Nice hotel with lovely views of the sea from the pool/bar/dining area. Room was basic but clean, had air conditioning and a fridge and bed was a proper double (not two singles pushed together!). Breakfast buffet had a large selection and reception staff were very friendly. Had nightly entertainment in the bar but definitely more aimed at kids/families than couples. Lovely beach just a 5 minute walk away with a nice beach bar.

Myself & six family members recently stayed at the Best Negresco & we had a wonderful time. The location was great. The sea view from the hotel & pool was fabulous, with amazing sunsets. The food was good and the chefs who cooked the food were great. Ismael & Alba provided excellent service in the restaurant. The bar staff during the day and night were excellent. They helped to make the holiday special. David, Antonio, Jose, Damaris, Eric & Alejandro deserve special recognition for their excellent customer service. They worked so hard, were understaffed and always had a smile on their face. The drinks were of very good quality. You could not fault them. Also a special mention to Bea, Sebas & Mae…..they were such great entertainers & also made our holiday extra special. They were very friendly & worked hard to include everyone & make it a fun evening. The quality of the entertainment in the bar was great & for the first time ever, we all stayed in the Hotel every night. Bingo, dancing, music…we loved how it was so varied & not typically English. The room had all you needed, our sea view was well worth the extra money. The lady who serviced our room, 1227, was excellent. The towels were the only thing that let the room down. They were very old, looked dirty and marked at times. The reception guy in the evening was very helpful and always had a smile on his face. The daytime receptionist were not so. As they are the first people you meet, they did not give the hotel a good impression. Unfortunately, four out of seven had a virus and were quite sick for a couple of days. When I advised one of the day receptionist, she was not concerned and said to wait until 10am for some bottled water for my family!!! I understand it was not the hotels fault but receptionist could have been more helpful. Jet2 rang a couple of times to see if everyone was ok, which was great.

Open at last the gate between swimming pool and beach! Corona is already over! If you wish to restrict the area, just set the card-locker like in the hotel rooms. Wi-fi needs improvement.

The hotel stays at the cape with few steps from pool bringing to the beach. Rooms provide a wonderfull sea view. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Bus stop in few minutes walk provides connection with everything. Meal is good. We were here many times and hope to return.

Wifi is not on the level of all othe services of this Hotel. Each floor should have a separate wifi server so that guests have no problems. The best receiving signal is at the reception. We had situation of non being able to make a call, just to text. During dinner for deserts we did not once have ice cream made by the chef, although variety of the sweets was fine, we expect to have made ice cream as option at least in 3 -4 flavours.

Excellent hotel, very spacious room with good size terrace, wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. We hade great view. Due to location of the Hotel highly recommend to reserve either B+D or all inclusive. The pool with perfect view and beautiful terrace in the morning to have breakfast while Nataly is serving you (while you enjoy morning coffee on the terrace). Special thanks to Nataly. Although we did not use pool during our stay much , because we were in love with the beaches nearby,it was always crowded. Through walk path beaches are connected to other beaches nearby. No to be missed. Take a walk, enjoy. .... Staff that cleans the room are very detail and we enjoyed our stay. The food is great and tasty and the chef made some great see food during our stay.
