We had a room at the street-side with a tiny window and no balcony. Next to this the safe in the room is paid and key locked (easy to loose). Our drain in the shower was plugged the first day but was repaired the next day!

The hotel is at a perfect location - 15min walk from Ibiza Old Town with the upmost friendliest staff. The pool is small but clean and the terrace overlooks the sea perfectly. The breakfast is sweet but simple, offering a variation of hot and cold dishes.

I somehow expected that I would have balcony/french balcony. In the pictures there were balconies on the rooms which I chose. I stayed only 3 nights so afterall the balcony was not must, but if you are staying longer, I would say it is must to wash-and-dry your clothes and beach towels. The room were clean, but there were persistent stains over surfaces. The minifridge was not cold, only a bit colder than room temperature.

Breakfast was awesome and that is almost the most important point to me when on vacation. There were everyhing and more! Breads, cereals, youghurts, veggies and fruits, cheeses, hams, eggs, bacon, desserts, juices, coffees etc. All beatifully placed. Air-con worked well, the room were very clean, grocerystore nearby. Would go again, if the price will be the same, but definitely need the balcony!

The breakfast room is very dark, small and not very welcoming. I had room 301 which is right at the reception, this means a lot of noise coming from the entrance. The walls of the room are paper thin, depending on your neighbours you will have sleepless nights (I had one).

The location is amazing, beach front with very nice sea view. I like the style of the hotel. Nice balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Staff was more or less friendly.

We would have loved a room on the beach side with sea views, instead we were given a room on the street side above the hotel entrance. It was OK. No complaints.

The room was spotless clean. The breakfast excellent. The staff very welcoming and helpful. The bar and the pool area with the terrace I really liked. We had the street entrance view. Not so enjoyable.

Blinds could be black out and some of the reception staff could’ve been friendlier.

Location was great, was a clean hotel and the room was a good size. We had sea view and it was beautiful to look out on the pool and sea. We spent a lot of time at the hotel bar, the prices were great and the service we received from one of the female waitresses was awesome, she had a great energy and made our experience even better.

Lovely hotel. Great location, gorgeous view of the sea, pool and promenade. Close to all shops and walkable distance to Ibiza Castle and Old Town. Short taxi to clubs and 25 mins to San Antonio - tip: get the reception to order you a local taxi as they are half the price of Uber. Staff are all very friendly too. Rooms cleaned daily. Would highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.

I wish they change the way they provide daily toiletries in the bathroom. Nowadays it is no longer necessary to use plastic packaging for shampoo and body milk. Not only for the environment, but it was also difficult to use them in the shower. Tissues were provided just one time… Also no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The dinner in the restaurant wasn't super tasty.

The location and the service provided by the staff. We appreciate the stuff that they were always eager to help us out :) The Bar staff was also nice and the from the bar was very good.
