Minor observation that Reception staff are not as quick or informative as would be ideal for new clients.

The pool is a bit small. Coffee from the machines at breakfast was awful, no taste and looked like coloured water, very disappointing, cooked bacon was also poor. However, the rest of the breakfast food including the fresh fruit was good. I expected a coffee machine/kettle in the room and was surprised/disappointed that there wasn't one.

Great view from the room and location is ideal for proximity to Ibiza town. Beds very comfy and bathroom spacious. Very clean hotel. Lovely staff and Mary at the breakfast service was very pleasant and professional.

It was disappointing that when we arrive the air con wasn't on for the first 2 nights, being told it couldn't be put on because other guests were cold?! It took a lot of asking and finally complaining (alongside other guests) for it to be turned on. It felt like some of the reception staff had attitude when this matter was raised.

Beautiful hotel and location was great! It was quiet at night, very clean, the live music was fab and the pool and sun terrace were great! The bar staff were very friendly

Buffet breakfast and dinner were good value for both choice and money Our room was a bit small for us, but we only stayed a few days so we could manage that. Hotel amenities were very good and staff were both pleasant and very attentive Great location

The room got very warm and stuffy, the ceiling fan didn't appear to help, I was glad it wasn't the height of Summer!

The pool is cute (if a bit cold!) and the drinks at the hotel bar are extremely reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned and replenished daily. Complimentary water in the fridge was welcome!

Pool was a bit small for my husband to have a good swim so went in the sea.

Good location very near to lovely restaurants & bars. Rooms very clean pool area was well kept nice Breakfast. Outside pool area cleaned everyday. Staff were lovely & friendly

The speaker for the music from the outside bar was outside our room. This meant loud music until midnight every night

Amazing staff and location. Nice pool area with views of the sea. Rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are really comfortable. Rooms are a good size. Buffet dinner offers a great choice of food. The restaurant area could have a better ambience .

Just aspects of breakfast… Coffee from machine was very weak and poor quality. Eggs cold Bacon too processed and not crispy enough Cold meats and cheeses selection all processed

Amazing spotlessly clean hotel, in a fabulous location. Breakfast was amazing and the views from the sundeck. I would recommend you choose a sea view room, to wake up to the fabulous panoramic views.

Nothing really

I was really happy with this hotel. It had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and every day you see an army of cleaners scrubbing it. Extensive and delicious breakfast. Seafront location is excellent and having the pool - a great bonus. You can sunbathe with pool front and sea. Sea view room was great. Hotel is positioned well so that it’s walkable for someone fit (20 mins) to the old town along a picturesque coastline but it’s also got a touristy area nearby with a beach. You can also catch the “Sea Experience” ferry from 5 mins away to Formentera, which was cheaper than the ones that go from Ibiza Town. Family room was spacious and kids bed great. Very impressed.
