The staff were really friendly and it was an amazing location! Surrounded by the picturesque history of the gothic quarter and a five minute walk away from many tourist attractions or a bus stop that will take you to where you want to go. The room itself was lovely, and the Bluetooth you can connect to your phone was a special touch. The bed was also super comfy!

Location was good but It felt unsafe regarding hotel vicinity. Another issue was related to a receptionist. A guy with eye glasses has a communication problem. We have stayed at the hotel with 8 people and everyone has been disturbed by the way he communicates. We requested a taxi for 2 people and he ordered big one and we had to pay 17 Euros more for nothing…

The only minus is that the entrance door needs to be opened by the receptionist. Sometimes he was not there causing guests to wait a couple of minutes.

The hotel and room were excellent. The rooms are very well designed with a lot of indirect light. The speakers in the ceiling that can be controlled by bluetooth are a nice extra. It felt closer to a 5-star hotel than a 3-star hotel.

Quite expensive compared to other places that have pools.

Perfect location in Gothic Quarter, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Able to easily walk to places like Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo. Good public transport connections.

Rooms are on the smaller side but was adequate for a solo traveller. Might be more of a squeeze with two people and 2 suitcases. I stayed in single room (double bed) with balcony.

Exceptionally friendly staff especially those on the welcome desk. The room was very clean and fresh with bathrobe and slippers. Relatively quiet location but easy to access the metro/bus and walk to gothic quarter.

It’s not even that important, but the conditioner is right in front of the bed, which is dangerous for people who easily get seek from that. Also seagulls are quite loud. But it didn’t spoil our stay

It is located in a very quiet place, yet in the centre and walking distance from everything! The manager on the reception was very polite, our room (suit) was ready before the normal check in time, and it was clean and perfect. A stunning view of the city. The breakfast is great!

City tax was a local extra. Not big money: just irritating for express check-out. Mea culpa for running late.

Saw a cockroach in reception and some silverfin in bedroom. Sink and shower drained very slowly.

Bed was very cosy. Small lovely balcony which is great. Great air conditioning. Large shower. Water pressure is very good. Breakfast is amazing.

Minor: The bed pretty much dominates the room; no real view (window looks into back of building). Maybe the deluxe rooms are better for this (we had a standard). Also, we hung up our towels to indicate we would re-use them, but they didn't dry (not enough air flow, I guess) even though we left them there overnight. But all was well because the manager promptly gave us another set when we asked.

Great location by the Gothic Quarter, easy to reach a lot of interesting places, lots of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Managers were extremely helpful and friendly, gave us a list of restaurants and each one we tried was indeed very good.
