We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThere is no sound proofing, everything can be heard from the hallways, neighbors. If you want a good night sleep, this is not the place to be. It's pretty basic for a 4 star hotel, this is at most a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was really poor, just a few options, not very pleasantly presented or appealing. A lot of meat and not a lot of healthy options. Would not recommend this place.

United KingdomHotels always seem to think you are going to dry and straighten your hair in the bathroom so it’s the only place with a mirror and a plug. As this is not the case for most people we had to take a mirror off the wall and put it near a plug.

WOW it is absolutely FILTHY , it was like that the whole of our stay . the floor was rotten , so are the sunbeds and sunbathing areas . cmon now those area could be so good as the potential to make lovely clean outdoor space is there . just needs a regular CLEAN !!! must say staff were really nice and helpful too . but cmon moon dreams CLEAN POOL AREAS AND BATHING AREAS AND INVEST ON SOME NICE THICK LOUNGER BEDS . i would visit again and again if i knew this was done but its put us off booking again in 4 weeks

United KingdomGiven a card that said our board was bb. Assumed it meant bed and breakfast. Was embarrassed to be approached in the restaurant and told we were room only and had to pay. Saying that the breakfast was probably worth 12 euros each. Covers on the sunbeds need scrapped. They look very dirty. Could do with more information of what is available in hotel eg.showers and changing room available after checkout

IrelandNot sure why but the AC would not stay turned off. I do not want to sleep with AC on, I would switch it off , and after 30 min, it will start on it's own. Very annoying. I know, I might be the only person that complains about AC working too much in Spain.
Location is best thing about this hotel. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is of high quality. Quality Spanish breakfast enjoyed every morning. The swimming pool, is a bit small, but the sea is so close, you might not need it.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to spend time round the pool instead of going to the beach but the pool and the area around it was fairly small and didn’t get the sun all day which meant the water was very cold.
The breakfast was good something to suit everyone. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Excellent location.
