We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesWe did not have a dinner option as the property was booked. That was disappointing and surprising. The staff was average. We have been in Spain for a month and have encountered the most incredible properties and hospitality. This hotel could work on customer service.
The historic property is amazing, the rooms very comfortable and quiet in spite of a convention that consumed the entire property.

Absolutely loved this hotel, which we found ‘by chance’ through Booking.com as we drove from Burgos to León. It feels like an old monastery but with stunning modern rooms and superb restaurant. Delightful, helpful staff too. Private parking area in gated compound.

United KingdomBEWARE this hotel is difficult to find if you are in your own car. It took us an hour to eventually locate the hotel. Even the staff was unsure of the route in. We were forced to take a pedestrian only route to the hotel much to the annoyance of the evening strollers. Google maps showed that that way to the hotel was so far by car then to get out and walk the rest of the way. Booking.com should provide a warning and road guidance to future bookers.
This was a former monastery and full of character. Located in the centre of the city close to the basilica. A good location for site seeing. The welcome from reception was excellent especially when he gave a free room upgrade. Good open air parking facilities. The breakfast choices was good and the on site restaurant had a reasonable choice of menu.

United KingdomVery small bathroom. Menu was rather pretentious and the food was OK but nothing on the menu that we would describe as "enjoyable". The most annoying thing was the the directions to the hotel car park were very badly written (or translated). We parked about 0.7 miles away and had to walk in. Only then did we understand that you have to completely ignore signs saying "authorised vehicles only" and drive up a road which is forbidden to normal traffic. We were serenaded at dinner by a man with a guitar. He played well but we had not expected it and would have preferred the possibility to hold a conversation which was impossible because of the loud music.

United KingdomThe air conditioning ! There is a water fountain in the courtyard and if you are a light sleeper with the window open you are aware of it, however if your a great sleeper you will love the beds they are so comfortable.
We chose the hotel primarily for the parking ✅ Historic building in the centre of town. Booked a premium room which was spacious and the breakfast for us was delicious. Staff were very accommodating, changed and upgraded our room as our air conditioning randomly started humming in the middle of the night.
