Property was fine but information from you was non-existent and it was very difficult to find with no address provided. English Sat-nav didn’t recognise the hotel and tourist information closed when we arrived in Zaragoza.

Very unique- faded grandeur- away from the centre and perfect for a 1-night stop. The food was excellent. It I was not cheap - you get what you pay for.

There’s not much to criticise, just a preference I would prefer a door on the bathroom rather than a curtain.

Breakfast was good, Hot and cold food available. Location convenient for our journey, places to walk the dog, plus enclosed gardens. Restaurant food excellent.

It is an unusual property, well kept and the staff are very nice. It was an ideal stop on the way from Barcelona to Santander with a lovely local walk for the dogs. We enjoyed our evening meal.

This hotel is perfect for us as a relaxing stop off on the way to the boat. It is very pet friendly, lovely surroundings, the staff and owners are so friendly and helpful and the food is to die for.

i have arthritis in my hands and like to soak them in a sink of hot water in the mornings when they are most stiff, unfortunately the plug in the hand basin was not working

Our room at the cortijo was characterful and oozed a unique charm which was fully reflected in the warm hospitality extended by the owners. The kitchen was equally accommodating of my preference for vegan food. A read find, which suited us and our dogs perfectly. Will definitely return.

A hidden gem ..fab features ,tastefully decorated. We stayed with our dog and they were so accommodating. The food, evening meal & breakfast were superb. All staff were super friendly and a shout out to cynthia who was so helpful and funny .Would highly recommend. Outside area was also lovely to chill and relax.

€25 for the dog!! We've never been charged this much before!!

A beautiful old building. The owners had managed to stay within the period in terms of decor etc. the room was spacious and the balcony was a lovely addition. The receptionist Cynthia, was so welcoming, helpful and polite ...an absolute asset to this hotel. The additional fee for the dog at 25 Euros is quite steep! . I cannot comment on breakfast and dinner as we didn't have either. We discovered a canal side path to walk the dog, located at the rear of the property!

Not an issue for us but guests may want to be aware that the bath area is effectively in the room. Toilet has a door but they have adapted an old building very beautifully so can't make it heavy.

We only stayed one night to visit our son in Zaragoza, but the location was really good for us. Close to airport and good road connections. Yet it was also secluded and quiet. Great outdoor area, with fascinating collection of old vehicles. Room was comfortable, bathroom area was quirky but very well equipped. We did not have breakfast, but had a light evening meal which was good, and the house vermouth was great! Lovely place, and we hope to return.

Extremely welcoming and helpful owner. Very dog friendly. Wonderful room. The food is outstanding. At dinner, I ate the finest steak I have ever had. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. A large garden to exercise our two dogs, and an interesting car collection to admire. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
