The room shown on the booking.com website was the one with the balcony but I was given the room without balcony so that was misleading. Additionally, the furniture is pretty old and scratched up. It is more of a bed and breakfast so you are only able to have breakfast. There is no additional room service for meals during the other time of the day.

The room is nice and cozy. A bit small in my opinion. The cleanliness was impeccable. Clean sheets and super clean bathroom. The breakfast was also nice.

Would have been great to have a kettle - but in saying that we managed.

Room was a great size, great bed, had a fridge, blackout blinds. Bathroom was small but fine. Plenty of parking. Great location! Pleasant 20-25 minute walk to old town and its lovely restaurants. Lovely walks along the beaches.

Our first floor room was very clean and offered a balcony although whilst better than the original ground floor room allocated, it was at the front of the property on a busy main road into the city centre. The room and its furniture showed signs of heavy use.

A good stopover hotel for one night offering free off-road private parking and a walkable location to the centre, old town and beaches of San Sebastian. Reception staff were kind enough to change our room from the ground floor next to a busy reception area with lots of guest traffic to one on the first floor.

Friendly welcome. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Large amount of free parking. Our room was on the ground floor facing the road but we did not hear traffic noise. Bus stops outside door.

The curtains were shear and we had a street light right outside our window so we had a hard time falling asleep.

Breakfast was not bad for Spain standards. We walked to the city center from the hotel, a little bit of a trek but very doable. Parking was on site which is really great

It’s a bit further out than desired and getting a taxi from the train station took a while. Fortunately the night manager called to see if I was on my way and gave me number to call a taxi.

Bathroom space is too small for large person to move around. too small for photo, no place to put 'stuff', insufficient outlets, typical hotel bad hairdryer, no english tv station, dining options are in town. I love antiques but the breakfast area decor was really dusty/dirty. It was not appetizing.

City bus nearby (get the pass), bedding, shower pressure and the doors didn't leak!, shower stool. plenty of outdoor parking, staff, sufficient breakfast with room to sit. value/price. soundproof windows, balcony, surprise of a corner view (308). Sufficient lighting. Easy to find with 2 entrances. Look for the white fence.
