Firstly the staff. They provided great service throughout and even took initiative to service our room. The room itself has a great bed, sauna and steam room. It also has a jacuzzi type bathtub. One of the more touching moments was when they provided a charger for us for our amazon firestick. I would also highly recommend the breakfast!

Everything!!! Yarellis welcomed us with a big smile. She and Alberto gave us so many great reccomendations and tips. Sara and Marco were also so special and out of this world taking great care of our breakfast and dinners, all so delicious!!! We enjoyed the conversations with everyone...Marco even suggested to visit Tossa de Mar when I asked him what was his favorite place for vacation...and we spent one day in that beautiful paradise...we were treated like king and queen getting us taxis. I want to thank Javier, Alejandro, John and Santo...all awesome human beings, many blessings to you all, we hope to visit Barcelona again. Warm regards from New York...Liz and Jaime

The cleaners leave there things in the corridoor outside the bedroom and can be noisy chatting during the day.

Secluded sanctuary in quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes from the centre. Lovely staff and nice sized room with sauna, bath and outside verandah. Lovely breakfast in the garden or inside overlooking it from the sunroom. Dinner was also very nice.

The size of the swimming pool was slightly disappointing. I had some mixed feelings about the staff. Some of them were really nice, whereas others seemed reserved and stiff, and not all spoke fluent English

The hotel is located in a beautiful, old, and stylish mansion in a very nice and calm neighborhood quite distant from the city center. For some, this could be perceived as a disadvantage, as getting to the center requires about 30 minutes by metro and walking, but I prefer calm locations in satellite districts such as Tibidabo. The hotel is elegant, clean, and well-equipped. I very much liked the large comfortable bad and bathroom with a large shower combined with a steam sauna. The restaurant in the hotel turned out to be really good, and we had two really nice dinners there without booking a table in advance.

Absolutely nothing

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly staff. The hotel and room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed drinks by the pool. An easy walk down the road from the hotel lead you towards the city centre.

Not luxury enough: no preparing of the room for the night. The bath tub was unusable, would take 3-4 hours to fill with water. Room was supposed to be 40m2 but was more like 25-30.

Amazing small Boutique Hotel outside the hustle & Bussel of Central Barcelona. The breakfast and dinners were amazing along with the service, you truly feel like you're staying at a 5-star resort. I would Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice but as an international visitor I would recommend the following Larger cups for tea/coffee - not just expresso Milk Tissues in the room Lacked information for guests - no room service menu, restaurant menu, laundry service info. We stayed at a 4* previous 3 nights and had a superior room with all the above amenities without having to request them.

Very quiet neighborhood near the city center, with great amenities and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is definitely worth a try while the lunch and diner menu has some excellent options. A great hotel to stay at for a city break.

The hotel was beautiful as was our room. The staff was the best I've ever seen. We were kindly greeted by the lovely lady (Wish I knew her name)! as we made our way past the gate. Alex, Albert, and Julio made our stay so worthwhile. Everyone was kind and so easy to talk to. We even received some history about Barcelona and the hotel.

One slight quibble was the emergency lighting in the room was too strong, making it a bit hard to fall asleep. The bedding was also OK but could have been higher quality.

Building great with really nice interior and garden. The hammam (shower with steam) in even the basic room was very enjoyable. Particular highlight was the catering - great evening meal and beautiful, extensive breakfast at reasonable cost. Friendly, personal service from staff.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a lovely location. Great attention to details on all aspects. Wonderful staff and a highly welcoming environment. Beautiful gardens and terraces adjacent to the cosy pool. Continental breakfast is also perfect and there is a la carte for cooked breakfast.

Need taxi to reach the center. Limited options in the kitchen for (non alcoholic and not pork eater)
