There was a lot of noise in the night because the hotel is right by a row of public bins which are emptied in the night and street sweepers go past. The balcony doors wouldn't shut properly and one of the blinds wouldn't close fully, which didn't help with the noise and light. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working but that wasn't a big deal.

The location is fantastic, it's right by la concha beach and a few minutes walk from the pintxos bars in the old town. Check in and check out was very easy, everything is automated. The room decor was very nice, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The price was reasonable.

The three nights we stayed, there were fireworks in the plaza below every night, so it was very noisy. Also, I was hoping there would have been someone on reception as my husband was ill while we were there and I struggled to get any help for him. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see much of San Sebastian which was a great disappointment.

No Wi-Fi as promised and no response via booking messages. Very hot, thank god for the fan. Noise yes but get some ear plugs from the pharmacy nearby.

Lack of furniture. 6 hangers for 2 people on a small rack. No drawer, no cupboard for putting anything away. All personal items had to stay in bags. No shelving in bathroom. Floor was gritty

We were in room 3 and There really needs to be another mirror so you can do hair and makeup , its too hot in the bathroom and if your partner is in there you have to get ready 1 at a time - there is the space for it as there is a dressing table , also there could be some drawers or shelves maybe as there is very little hanging space . You could definitely use something in the bathroom as there is such a tiny space beside the sink for toiletries

It wasn’t what we expected, the room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been, the shower couldn’t hold warm water more then 5 min and it would keep getting cold. There was nothing in the room like a kettle or a mini fridge, the kettle/coffee maker is on the common area.

You couldn’t use the bath in the bay window. It wouldn’t fill and there are no blinds so everyone can see in. They would be better off making it a nice sitting area to watch the view. They could do with offering a cleaning service we were there 4 days and no cleaning or change of towels.

Absence of any staff is making a very poor impression. The self-service coffee table in the corridor is messy. No air conditioner in the room. There are many signs of decay like door handles falling out, however once it was probably we'll renovated.

The best thing about these rooms is the location. The rest is unimpressive. And the photos look much better than the place in reality.

We had to use the same towels for 5 nights. Each window shared a lanai with another room, so it didn’t feel safe to leave the windows open at night for the ocean breeze. There was never coffee or water at the little coffee bar in the “lobby”

We stayed 2 nights, room was not serviced, clean replacement towels would have been nice. Shower door did not operate properly. The room is located on by junction with traffic lights, so its quite noisy.

When we stayed it was very hot! There was no air con and the room was so stuffy! We opened the windows to cool down the room but being close to the main street, it was very noisy at night. Also i paid extra for the bigger sea view room with a bathtub. The bathtub couldn't be used as the tap leaked everywhere when turned on.

The room was beautiful and in a great location. Close to old town and to the beach
