You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaThere were some minor problems with water preassure and temperature in shower. First night water was just not hot enough for me, but second time it was. Seems like lotery. 😅
Room was very clean and pretty. Nice seating area with windows. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets aviable. Hair dryer was a big plus! No noises from bar downstairs. Housekeeping was spot on. Clean towels and made-up bed - ❤️ Location is best possible. Everything is close.

The size of the room was large, there was plenty of storage and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. There was s restaurant downstairs and the location was central for everything we needed. This was the best value room we have found in Spain.

SpainLocation in the hub of everything was fantastic. But morning traffic woke us at 6am. Hotel has a restaurante / cafe but the smell pervaded everywhere, which was a bit unpleasant. We realised late that we had no towels in our room so took one from the corridor - a member of staff chased us up the street accusing us of stealing the hotel towels from our room.. embarassing!
