Extremely uncomfortable sofa , tea and coffee available but no milk you had to go to reception to purchase it. Unbelievable smell of cigarette smoke in the room and when we complained reception just said sorry. Either someone had been smoking in the room or due to the location of the outside restaurant area smoke permeated up through vents in the room as the smell was continuous throughout our stay.

Parking facilities not clear: the receptionist send me alone after a long journey to parking garage, and I had to ask strangers. It turned out to be a hospitals 🏥 garage, and nobody guided me out at midnight… horrifying!!! My wife had problems with the bed, and again no help from this guy….next day, a new female receptionist wanted to take money for the breakfast which was included in the booking…

The staff is too young, poor customer service and without experience. The gym is working from 06:00 till 00:00 exactly below the floor where the rooms are, and you can hear the users throwing the dumbbells on the floor. The wifi was offline during 24 hours and nobody tried to fix the problem.

The room was clean and the hotel is located in a quiet place.

We forgot to ask for wifi information during check in but this information was also not provided by the hotel, not mentioned anywhere in the room either. We tried to call them from the room but we didn’t get an answer. At the end we could not use the wifi (if it’s available). In case you need it, I recommend to ask about it during check in.

Hotel room was really comfortable, clean and big. Stuff was helpful, they gave good advice. Parking was easy close to the hotel.

ONLY one garage opener for entire hotel. you had to get it and return it everytime to get car in and out. For this large of hotel it is a big inconvenience. They did not tell us at first wehad to return it so we got yelled at by front desk. Then our fault but we forgot to return it when we checked out and drove an hr down the road until we got a call from hotel to bring it back. They need to have activation with the room key for the garage for more convenience for guests. Or moregarage openers for such a large hotel this is ridiculous! The parking alone will haveus never staying there again. The building inside and around the property was not very clean either. Also washing machine smelled of mildew took 3 hrs to dry small load ened up going to laundry mat.

Location was perfect to our needs, visit to Gibraltar and Ceuta. Friendly personnel, good recommendations to find a really good restaurang. Good breakfast and parking for motobike.

This hotel is always so clean and the rooms are brighting. I like the comfort, the staff, the cleanliness of this place and the size of the room is impressive. For me maybe is the tenth time being there and I got never disappointed. Thanks!

The hotel staff was very unhelpful and didn’t speak English at all. We have left 2 of our bags at the reception at the time of the check out. When we later called the hotel, the staff first didn’t even recognise our reservation at the hotel, later told us that the bags were not there and we needed to call the next day because they had to confirm it with the cleaning staff. Only the day after and us trying to speak Spanish (both of us are not native Spanish speakers) they told us the bags were there but we needed to find ourselves the shipping company and organize the whole process of returning our bags. Any other suggestion (staff shipping it and us paying was declined). Considering that we were foreigners on our vacation in Spain it was impossible for us to do it so we lost some of our personal belongings and things for our 8 month old baby. It is unbelievable that none of the staff spoke English on the level of understanding the situation and was unwilling to help provide a solution for our problem.

Its a concrete structure in need of some renovation. The hotel bar was like a canteen. Which hosted a betting shop. Like walking into Labrooke's in the UK The hotel bar was raided by the national Spanish Police during our stay at the conclusion of the Liverpool RMA game. Physically searched by national police. Beds almost falling apart when sat on

No way to turn all the lights in the room out without taking out the key card which would mean I couldn't charge my phone. Only slept three hours because of it.

Very dirty chairs in restaurant, dirty curtain.

Clean dishes. Quite good breakfast, but scramble eggs were strange...

Bar fridge is in the ground, knee height ! No fun on hands and knees. Table in front of the sofa is ankle height, super dangerous.

Room was huge....coulda' easily fit at a table tennis table ! Staff very friendly, great people.
