I asked for the invoice when checking out, but found out what I got was only for the city taxes (checked it later on the way to the airport). I have sent a meeasge to the hotel on this, but didn't get a reply yet. I need to contact them by phone I think, which is not so convient when you are in another country.

The breakfast is excellent, the room is clean and comfortable.

A pity the great breakfasttime does not last a little bit longer, its a holiday destination so this would give a bit more flexibility.

Everything was great, also really nice choice at the breakfast buffet. Also a quite place, you dont hear the neighbors or anyone which is always important for us.

It was nice, I liked the sea view. The breakfast was amasing. The upper floors have been renovated, I stayed on the third floor without an upgrade, but the room and terrace were comfortable and quite spacious.

I enjoyed everything about the property. The rooms were very clean with very comfortable beds 25e a night was a little expensive to park in my opinion.

Great property. Friendly staff very helpful at least on the front desk. Service a little slow in the bar. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would stay here again. Easy walk down to the beach.

A couple of free bottles of water would be nice for the price they charge for the rooms, instead of the horrible “welcome sweets” they deliver to your room. Shame the pool isn’t heated (closed in the winter).

Nice comfortable rooms, great location, nice sea view, free on street parking, great breakfast choice and dining room, nice staff.

I like the property, i just wish there is a kettle, so I can drink coffee and tea anytime. 😊

Spacious.. and i love the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handwash and lotion). They are using RITUALS. Breakfast is exceptional. They have a lot of options. And i love their fruit juices, they are so fresh and delicious! I like the pillows, its big. The mattress is so soft. 2 thumbs up!

Sound issues are a very common problem in hotels in general in Spain when comparing to e.g hotels in the Nordic countries. Like you can hear quite well sounds from the corridor when people talk and in our case a couple in the next room was having an argument at 3 a.m, which made us feel uncomfortable as we could hear it well. But no bad experiences besides that and this was only the one night btw Friday- Saturday during our 4 night stay.

Excellent breakfast, great variety of food and also gluten & milk free options available. Professional & care-taking service -as travelling with a child that was important. We had an early flight home & no time for breakfast at the hotel so the staff made us picnic bags which were really nice to eat later at the AirPort & in the airplane. Beautiful sea view from the premium room, and everything clean and great standard, including the bed comfort, huge towels, bath robes & slippers.

Big event on so not really convenient to use the pool as lots of filming going on. Bar had a silly entrance policy of front desk ordering which was annoying and time consuming, hopefully only because of the event.

Spacious lovely room, friendly , helpful staff, good facilities. Great that there were swimming/ beach towels.

The swimming pool was closed during our stay, this was so disappointing as one of the reasons I booked this hotel and paid a little bit more was for the pool. When I complained I got a bizarre email from the customer service manager at the hotel promising us a ‘surprise’ to make up for it. Apparently the ‘surprise’ was absolutely nothing, no-one followed through on this bizarre offer at all, it was all very weird. On the day we left we got told we could have used the pool but at our own risk as there was no life guard, bit late then. My advice would to be to check before you book that it is open during your stay. It said nothing about the pool being closed when I booked. The hotel is a long walk outside town - for the younger and fitter amongst you this may be no problem, but I use a stick due to a problem with my knee and it was uphill all the way back, it was knackering. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive in comparison to some lovely local cafes on the edge of the town. We stayed during the Sitges film festival which was great fun, but because of the event in the hotel we were challenged by over zealous security guards every time we wanted to go to our room, it got very wearing by the end. For these reasons we will not be returning to this hotel.

The room was extremely good and the balcony with sea views was lovely. The room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day.

The breakfast seems a little basic. I stayed in many hotels in northern Europe that are cheaper than Meliá, but have great breakfast with lots of variaty. Although not a deal breaker, I was disappointed.

I liked the room. Very comfortable and spacious. The view is great and the shower is excellent. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay. The wi-fi works well (very important to me) and I worked with no problems.

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, and the air con at it's coolest setting wasn't cool enough for me (the outside temp was 31C ).

The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was big. The hotel is very close to a lovely small beach. It is about a 20 minutes walk into the town of Sitges.

The pool opens at 10:00, but at 10:15 the staff hadn't arrived and there weren't any sunbeds and towels yet - we went to the beach.

Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and the old town of Sitges. Our room was quiet. Good breakfast. Good pool. A small OK beach (Platja de la Marina d'Aiguadolç) is a 5-minute walk north of the hotel. A 5-minute walk to the south is a nudist beach Playa de los Balmins (it didn't look very good from a distance). Larger beaches are a 15-20 minute walk away. There is a marina nearby with several good restaurants. The old town of Sitges is a 15-minute walk away. There is a large paid underground parking next to the hotel, but we found a free parking space on the street right next to the main door. The rooms on the lower floors seemed to be unrenovated.
